Magnificent villa of 170m square, completed in July 2016, built in the middle of the Corsican maquis. Mountain and Pinarellu Bay view (800 meters as the crow flies). The beach is 3km by road. Mirror pool 10 x 5m (depth 120 to 150 cm), terrace of 75 sqm and sunbath around the pool, air conditioning.
The villa is part of a set of two houses completely independent on a plot of 8000 m2. You will find the map in the photos of the ad, this is Villa 1. Villa 2 is also available for rent, here is the corresponding announcement https: // www. HomeAway. com / vacation-rental / p1722491.
Villa 1 has 2 parental suites with walk-in showers and separate WC. Two rooms on the ground floor, independent and accessible by the ground floor, with their private bathrooms. All beds are 160 cm. In total there are 4 bathrooms and 4 separate toilets. The villa is perfect to accommodate families with children or couples. It has the necessary equipment for a carefree stay: modern household appliances, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, plancha and a set of furniture for 8 people and more. Restaurants, and sea and mountain recreation nearby. Figari airport 45 minutes by car.

Nous avons passé 2 merveilleuses semaines en famille dans cette magnifique villa située dans un cadre de toute beauté. Tout a été prévu pour un séjour idéal. Prestations et équipement complet haut de gamme (électroménager, literies,sanitaires...). La piscine à débordement avec vue sur la mer a fait le bonheur de tous et nous garderons d'excellents souvenirs des soirées passées sur la grande terrasse. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur attention. Nous espérons revenir prochainement !

Accueil très chaleureux, sympathie et disponibilité des propriétaires très appréciées tout au long du séjour.
Grand espace de vie et de liberté dans une somptueuse villa perchée au milieu de la nature et des trésors de la Corse.
Prestations luxueuses avec un équipement de la résidence fiable à l’annonce, matériaux neufs et de très bon goût, équipement complet et fonctionnel. Salles de bains avec douche et WC privatifs très appréciables, intimité préservée.
Cadre idyllique avec vue panoramique imprenable et sublime depuis une imposante et magnifique terrasse et depuis la piscine à débordement... vue sublime orientée sur une large portion de mer Méditerranée et sur de majestueux massifs montagneux corses. Couchers de soleil inoubliables...
Personnel discret et cordial à disposition pour entretien régulier de la piscine et si besoin pour la logistique de la maison.
Commerces et activités de loisirs à proximité.
