The villa is composed of two rooms bed 140 with cupboard a mezzanine with beds in 90, two rooms of water, a TOILET, a corner cooks and dining room living room. You will also find a reversible air conditioning and all the necessary equipment to facilitate your holidays: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, two fridges, one with freezer, TV; DVD player plus all the necessary dishes.
For outside a terrace of 50 M2 without vis-à-vis with built barbecue, a blind of 4x4 and a place where you can put the bicycles, private parking for the car
Non smoking house, pets allowed. Rates according to the dates of reservation

ABSOLUMENT PARFAIT !!

Maison aménagée avec beaucoup de goût, à la décoration harmonieuse et au lieu très propre. Endroit idéal, le calme total. Pas de bruit la nuit, aucune pièce de la maison ne donne sur la rue. Depuis la pièce principale on a vue sur un bel espace vert avec quelques palmiers au loin. Totalement dépaysant. Dans la maison il ne manque rien, tout y est ! La vaisselle est fournie en grande quantité et tous les ustensiles de la vie quotidienne sont présents. Les deux espaces nuit principaux sont éloignés et chacun a sa salle d’eau. Parfait quand on vient à deux couples; on ne se gêne pas. Tout se fait à pied depuis la maison : une petite supérette (Franprix) ouverte toute la journée même le dimanche à 10 mn à pieds en prenant son temps. Quant à la plage, elle est à deux rues. Pour se déplacer à vélo la piste cyclable passe dans la rue. Et le bonus, une belle terrasse !! Nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié ce logement et toutes les commodités qu’il offre. Et je souhaite remercier sincèrement Mme Barasc que j’avais sollicitée avant notre arrivée pour connaître les endroits à ne pas manquer dans la région et qui, avec ses conseils précieux, nous a permis de planifier notre séjour pour voir les plus jolis lieux. Propriétaire pleine de bienveillance et qui a à coeur, on le sent, que l’on se sente "chez nous" chez elle !! Et c’est réussi !! L’entrée et la sortie se sont faites par l’intermédiaire de la conciergerie. Très grande gentillesse également et accueil chaleureux. Nous recommandons ce logement qui offre vraiment tout ce qu’il faut pour des vacances réussies.
