Property intended for family holidays equipped with a large swimming pool with bar and stools immersed in the water, submerged beach, small bath for the little ones and overflowing jacuzzi.

There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 of which have 3-person bunk beds.

It can accommodate up to 8 people.

Possibility of accommodating two additional people

Close to the beach of La Chapelle, Anse Laborde, Porte d'enfer. and not too far from the beaches of PORT-LOUIS.

Close to shops, market, bakery, football field, petanque and especially beaches ideal for windsurfing.

Located on a plot of about 2000 m2, you will find fruit trees, coconut palms, citerran plums, water potatoes, raspberry apples, figs of France, banana trees of several different species, sugar cane, breadfruit trees, papayas, passion fruit, avocado trees, soursop trees and lemon trees.

You will find a pretty garden lined with flowers of several different species
