About Michelle Chwialkowski
We traveled to Puerto Vallarta for the first time in 1994. Our entire family fell in love with this magical city. The second year we came 1996, we stayed in Marina Vallarta area and began coming every winter. Which was a nice break from Minnesota at that time of year. In 1998, we noticed a construction project going up next to our resort. We went to check it out and discovered they were building a large full time owners condominium. We spent the rest of our vacation with a calculator trying to figure out how we could make this happen, while having 1 child in College and 2 others in High School. We figured it out and purchased this condo "pre-construction", we took delivery May of 2001. Then in 2015, we decided to sell everything in Minnesota, and move to Puerto Vallarta full time with our English Bulldog. Maybe the best decision we ever made

We could purchase pre-construction & make payments during the construction period of 18 months. At that time in PV, standing properties were full cash - no financing. It was in the exact area of the Marina which we had come to love. It was meant to be as all the pieces fell into place allowing us to make the purchase.
