I loved the layout of the place and they had a ton of kitchen utensils and gadgets to where you don’t need anything (except a can opener). It was a very nice condo and would stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very nice and clean. Great location at Coligny. I went with my brother and kids and they had a blast. The only suggestion I would make is a little more comfortable mattresses, otherwise very nice place. I would stay again.

Host was quick to respond and very helpful. Lots of restaurants and things to do close by. The kids loved the pool and beach access was super close. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was relatively clean but if not wearing socks, feet were filthy. Popped a circuit in kitchen and could not reset due to door lock. Shower door fell off and shattered. Bathrooms need refreshed. Some of the furniture needs replaced. Screen doors don't slide well and holes in them.

Amazing week. First time staying near Coligony and it was amazing. So close to dinner and shops and my teens loved being close to the nightlife. Condo was in a good location, spacious, close to the beach and pool was great!

It is right on the beach and walking distance to the park and Coligny.The unit was clean and spacious. It could use furniture updates. The mattresses were old and very uncomfortable. The couch was also pretty worn out. The appliances were older, but all worked fine. We would not stay here again unless we were assured that there were new beds.

The condo that we stayed in was perfect for all of us. It was right on the beach and within walking distance of shopped and places to eat. The place was really clean and had everything we needed for the week. Will definitely stay here again!!!!!!!

Great Location

We had a great week in Hilton Head. It was a great location with a nice easy path to the beach. Walking to local restaurants was easy as well. The condo was clean and spacious.

Great clean beach location!!

Went with the family. Loved this place and location. everything from the check-in, which was a code sent via text to the beach gear that was free delivered prior to our arrival, to easy parking access from the road.
