A pretty charming house of 140m2 well located between airport, train station and city center. Inside a large private property. Three bedrooms with individual bathrooms including a 55m2 suite. Private garden. Can accommodate up to 8 people. Ideal for business or family stays.

Completely renovated in 2014, this maisonette is nestled in the green setting of a magnificent family home, protected from the street by a bushy hedge.

Located in the Petit-Saconnex district, it is only 10 minutes by car from the center or from international organizations. Buses and trams allow you to reach the lake in 15 minutes.

The house consists of three bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Each room offers a different atmosphere, with both contemporary and warm decor. Each has an individual bathroom and very comfortable equipment: high-quality box spring bedding, flat-screen HD TV, fridge, microwave, stereo, kettle and Nespresso® machine, dining area, desk as well as unlimited Wi-Fi.

The house opens onto a pretty private garden of 200 m2 in which you can relax, take your meals or organize a barbecue in summer.

You can park inside the property. Free Private parking.

Household linen, towels and bath sheets are provided. The beds are made up just before your arrival. A weekly cleaning is included in the rental, as well as the complete departure cleaning.

We also reserve some welcome touches for you: you will find toiletries in the bathrooms and a small gourmet basket in the kitchen.

The neighborhood is a peaceful residential neighborhood. There are many restaurants nearby. You can do your shopping at the large Balexert shopping center, located just 700m from the house, which also has a cinema.

You can also buy fruit, vegetables and other fresh produce at the Ferme de Budé Market, 10 minutes away, near Place du Petit-Saconnex. It is open Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.

The center of Geneva and the lakeside are 3 km away. Bus 22 takes you to the United Nations Office in 16 minutes. Trams 14 or 18 take you to the station district, right in the center.

We had a lovely stay! The home was very clean, accommodating and of great quality. The gardens were beautiful, location was perfect (a quick commute to the city center…great cafes close by) and the host was delightful. I highly recommend and we would stay again when we get the opportunity.

We chose this beautiful home in Geneva for a girl's trip and it couldn't have been nicer! All rooms were large, comfortable, and with en suite bathrooms, and after arriving after a long flight, it was so nice to be able to relax and unwind. The grounds are stunning and the neighborhood is quiet and lovely. Alain, the host, was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating during our time there. The location is great, with both tram and bus stations just a couple of minutes' walk away. A short tram or bus ride (10mins) takes you to all that beautiful Geneva has to offer (lake, Old Town, United Nations, shopping, etc.). Would absolutely stay again when in Geneva!

A beautiful gate to explore Geneva

Everything about this beautiful villa is perfect for your stay. You can rent the entire villa for a family or group like we did or stay as a B&B in one of the comfortable rooms. An easy walk to incredible restaurants as well as the UN and a short ride on public transportation (included) to historical areas and, of course, shopping. We will definitely return.

Wonderful Summer Respite!

Our family had a short two night stay on our way to Tuscany and this was perfect! The property was beautiful and well laid-out for our family. Great cottage!

The host, Alain, was wonderful to work with, responding very promptly to all our queries. We rented the whole house, which was clean, well appointed and had plenty of room for the 6 of us. Location was great for walking to places and for catching buses and trams. The garden space was lovely - a perfect place to eat dinner after a long day of sightseeing!

If you are seeking an oasis in Geneva away from all the business and chaos of the lake area, then this is the place for you. It was extremely helpful to have such a big place, where we could comfortably accommodate 7 people, and have a family reunion. Thankfully, we had air conditioning in all the bedrooms, as we were in Geneva during a major heatwave. Alain was an outstanding host who proactively communicated during the booking process, the check-in process, and during our stay. The place was very convenient to several tram lines. In addition, there are convenience stores and grocery stores nearby.I highly recommend Alain's chateau for your next getaway in Geneva, Switzerland.

A true gem in Geneva!

Stayed at this property in the Fall and also in the winter. We lived in Geneva for 4 years, so when we went back the 1st time, I found this place and booked again recently. Perfect stay in Geneva

This is probably my favorite VRBO ever! We visited as a group of 4, two moms and our 18 year old daughters. Each mom had her own beautiful room with en suite bathroom & the girls shared a large room upstairs. The house is beautiful, nicely decorated, immaculate and the beds are very comfortable. There is a pretty and private garden and we had a picnic dinner there one evening. Our host Alain was incredibly nice & accommodating and answered our questions immediately; we also loved his cute dog! Easy tram or bus ride to downtown or the airport, and lots of cute restaurants within walking distance. Overall loved it and would definitely stay here again when in Geneva.

Perfect Geneva Stay!

This is a wonderful little house with secure parking, plenty of bed rooms and baths, walking distance to breakfast, groceries and dining. Convenient access to public trams & buses. Absolutely loved our stay and we will be back. Great communication from the owner, who was so nice and helpful. The mobile VRBO App showed that the location had a hot tub, but it did not. The owner was surprised it said this as the laptop website does not show it. It wasn't his fault at all and he contacted VRBO to see why this was happening. We didn't need a hot tub anyway, we were in beautiful Geneva, Switzerland, and absolutely loved our stay! STAY HERE!

Idyllic Retreat Outside City

This stunning property provided a beautiful locale in which to unwind yet still have fairly quick access to the city center. The three separate yet connected living quarters were ideal for our multigenerational family of six. We happily utilized the beautiful outdoor spaces to come together after a day of sightseeing and had the option to seek privacy in our well appointed individual suites. The decor was fresh, colorful, and inviting in all the rooms. Alain was a superb host who was responsive, flexible, and pleasant throughout the process.

Lovely stay at Geneva B&B

Lovely stay at this VRBO for two nights. Alain was the perfect host. He provided restaurant recommendations, free metro passes so that we could do some sight seeing in Geneva, and help us with transportation arrangements for our departure. The B&B was very clean, provided lots of amenities, and was an excellent choice for our two nights. The gardens and outside patio were lovely and an unexpected plus. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in Geneva in the future.

Beautiful Apartment

This is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom apartment with each bedroom having their own en suite bathroom. The owner Alain is very nice, helpful, and accommodating. There is a gorgeous private garden outside of the apartment, beautifully maintained. The apartment is surrounded by wonderful parks, a grocery store nearby and several restaurants. We could not have asked for a nicer place to spend our stay in Geneva! The cottage is lovely, with three separate rooms and baths, and it has a wonderful outdoor space in a garden area. It is a magical spot to spend some time. Sylvia and Alain provided bus passes and we got around town easily. The neighborhood was quiet and pretty. We used one of the suggested neighborhood restaurants, Cafe du Soleil, one night and it was perfect for our group. I highly recommend you stay here when in Geneva.
