Feel like you are at home when entering your private suite, either through the B&B main door or private patio doors. A queen size bed with fine linens, awaits you along with a beautiful private bathroom. The B&B living room is shared with the other suite. Start your day with a presentation of local fresh fruit and baked goods. Continental style breakfast items also included. Also available is a Keurig coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes and microwave oven. No cooking facilities or BBQ use.

Perfectly wonderful!

Dreams B&B was a welcome refuge after a challenging flight that resulted in lost luggage. Glennda was so welcoming and helpful. She even offered swimsuits for their pool and hot tub until our luggage arrived! Beautiful gardens, lots of privacy, cozy living room with fireplace, large screen TV and bar area, delicious breakfast -- all the amenities we could ever want. A perfect landing place between bike rides and wine tasting.

We love the Okanagan and have spent every summer soaking in the sun. The winters are beautiful without the real cold and the snow blows away! We are gardeners, both of us. You will see all the blooming work we have done and seem to not get enough of it. That goes for the veggie/herb garden too. We love our fish as you will see the Koi pond outside with new fishes that just arrived. You can hear them smacking their lips, then you know its time to eat, again! There is a fresh water fish tank inside and they are very friendly. They watch you a lot, but they don't say a word and would probably like if you wiggled your finger on the glass to give you a kiss. Bayley, the white Manx is around and lives outside in the day and hangs around us until its bed time for him. He may want to come by for a visit then of course want out again.

Why they chose this property

Dreams is just a couple of minutes of Hwy 97, on the Summerland Hill.
We are located across the street from a peach farm and the views are amazing!
Summerfair Mall is about 5 minutes drive from Dreams. There is an IGA, 2 $1 stores, Nail Salon, Rock & Gem store, Liquor store, bank, Dairy Queen, RBC bank and a cannabis outlet. Across the street is Tim Hortons. The center of town is not far, with at least 4 gas stations, churches, another cannabis shop, bakery & other eateries. Quite a few interesting shops, such as antique, retro, ladies clothing, thrift stores, Home Hardware, just to name a few. There are a few eateries: Zia's Stonehouse Restaurant, 3 or 4 pizza & great sub places, Indian, Japanese & Chinese cuisines. A couple of good coffee places are the Beanery in town and Granny's on the highway. There are 3 fruit stands in the area.

What makes this property unique

There are lots of spaces to relax. Outside your bedroom doors are some comfy eliptical chairs. Put your feet up and enjoy. There is a grassed area on the west side of the house.
We have a Bocce Ball, Horseshoes & Badminton for your use. Just ask and we can set it up for you.
