Nice house located 5 minutes from the beach.

Dependency completely done again of nine of an old traditional Martinican house, the house is located in a big flat garden where you will be able to benefit from the calm, the fruit trees, the swimming pool of the owners from where one overhangs the bay of Trinidad.
The house has two air-conditioned bedrooms with a double bed each. In the living room, the sofa is convertible and offers 2 extra beds.

The house is close to shops and it will take you only 5 minutes walk to get to the beach town.
In addition, located at the entrance of the peninsula of the caravel, you will discover Tartane, fishing village, its beaches, its walks, the hike of the caravel and its restaurants.

Finally, the main road that connects the north to the south of the island also passes nearby

Un super séjour

Ce petit logement est impeccable pour passer de bonnes vacances. Très propre, très bien équipé, emplacement idéal à 5 mns de la plage où vous trouverez ombre et soleil à volonté! Les propriétaires sont charmants, de bon conseil, réactif et aux petits soins pour que vous passiez le meilleur des séjours. On reviendra dans 2 ans avec plaisir et plus longtemps cette fois. Cette location pourrait vite devenir notre pied à terre en Martinique !

Le logement très propre, moderne,simple , spacieux est très fonctionnel . La terrasse couverte donnant sur une pelouse verte entourée de cocotiers palmiers est une pièce supplémentaire très agréable. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants tout en étant très discrets. La situation est idéale pour visiter le nord de l'île et la belle presqu'île de la Caravelle. Pour deux, trois quatre personnes, je recommande vraiment ce logement.

Bella e nuova l, situata nel giardino della proprietà ma con tantissima privacy.

Ottima posizione a metà dell’isola e a 5 minuti dalla strada principale che porta in tutti i punti dell’isola. La casa ha ogni comfort necessario i proprietari sono disponibili a dare informazioni sulle spiagge e per noi che non parliamo molto francese ci hanno anche fatto le prenotazioni per i ristoranti. Bel giardino e ottima piscina con una vista spettacolare sulla baia di Trinité. Consiglio molto la casa per la sua posizione e perché veramente ben arredata e caratteristica. Si trova in cima a una collina per cui la strada è in salita.

Nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement par les propriétaires, leurs bons conseils pour la visite de l'île ont contribués à la réussite de notre séjour., en bonus une spécialité locale nous attendait. Le logement est très agréable, bien agencé (à disposition : barbecue , livres de la région ...) Nous avons apprécier le jardin, la piscine, le parking privatif .Proche de la Trinité et de la presqu’île de la Caravelle nous sommes bien situés pour visiter la Martinique. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette location

Logement idéalement situé pour visiter la Martinique! Olivier et Céline nous ont très bien accueilli et nous ont mis à l aise tout de suite! La dépendance est neuve est bien pensée. Quant à la piscine avec vue sur la mer...la cerise sur le gâteau. Allez y les yeux fermés. Encore merci Olivier et Céline!
