Apartment rental 4/6 pers. Genos / Loudenvielle

Weekly rental of an apartment of around 40m2 perfectly equipped: plenty of storage, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave, raclette set), washing machine, TV, DVD, etc.

This apartment consists of a main room with sofa bed, a master bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a children's room with bunk beds. A large private covered terrace, with its garden furniture, offers a magnificent panorama over the Louron valley and Lake Loudenvielle. Private parking is located at the bottom of the building.

You can do many activities, summer and winter: hiking, paragliding, fishing ... and enjoy the thermal spa Balnea located nearby.
In winter, the ski slopes await you in the Peyragudes and Val Louron areas (about 15 minutes).
In summer, you can enjoy entertainment all around the lake: Ludeo swimming pool, inflatable games, pony rides, paddle boat ...

For stays of less than 3 nights, 50 euros in concierge fees will be added.
Electricity included in the limit of 30 KWH per day; beyond, a rent increase of 5% will be applied.
10% discount on the second week.
Pets not allowed.

Excellent séjour passé dans cet appartement avec une terrasse (très pratique pour les repas et se poser tranquillement) et une vue magnifique, qui agrandissent la superficie de l'appartement lui même. Il est bien équipé, il y a des rangements, des livres, quelques jeux. L'appartement est resté frais lorsqu'il faisait 30 à l'extérieur. On peut aller au lac à pied. Bref, malgré une propreté perfectible, un super lieu de vacances !

SUPERBE VUE PANORAMIQUE

Petit appartement sympathique offrant une vue splendide sur le paysage. Il est très bien située, 2 km à pied des Thermes et du Skivall. Les balades à proximités et le tour du lac sont très agréables. Le logement est bien équipé mais les appareils sont vétustes, un rafraichissement serait le bien venue. Appareils à raclette neuf. Pas de Wifi et réseau internet par téléphone absent à l'intérieur. Mais cela n'empêche pas de passer un agréable séjour et voir même, permet d'en profiter pour décrocher du travail, tablette, écrans... Un grand bol d'air qui recharge les batteries!
