Located in Malain, this bed & breakfast is in a rural area and on a river. Château de Malain and Château de Barbirey-sur-Ouche are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Domaine de l'Université de Bourgogne and Domaine Bruno Clair. International City of Gastronomy and Wine and Le Carrousel are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with power boating and fishing nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with ecotours and horse riding.
The property is located in the center of the bucolic village of MALAIN, undisputed capital of the Witches, in the heart of Burgundy, 15 minutes from the historic center of Dijon (free motorway connection) and the first villages of the famous Côte des Burgundy wines, recently listed as World Heritage. The apartment of 70 m2 that I put at your disposal has 3 bedrooms with en suite shower rooms and private (sink and shower in bath -baths are prohibited as part of the ongoing evolution of the house to a consumption of less energy and natural resources), served by 1 intermediate lounge also private. It is located on the 1st floor of a mansion built in 1853, whose restoration began in 2012 and is surrounded by a park of approximately 3500M2. The toilets, shared, are located on the ground floor. This apartment is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility and can not accommodate pets. He is a non-smoker. Breakfast is included in the cost of accommodation and you can take it either on the terrace or in the large dining room on the ground floor. I also offer you the opportunity to use my kitchen and equipment. The apartment can be booked for 2 persons, at the rates indicated (1 room + the intermediate lounge, which is likely to be shared in case of another rental on the same dates -Do not hesitate to contact me even if the reservation does not seem possible on the calendar).

Merci encore !
