AWESOME LOCATION!!!!
This small water front home is perfect for larger families with kids. The 2 main bedrooms have queen beds and bathrooms... the “Florida” room has been converted to a kids room with 2 large bunk beds... bottom bunks are queen size... also in room leading to kids room there is a Futon that sleeps 2... the property is directly on the main canal from Lake June. Less than 100 yards from lake June inlet. Smaller garage that holds 1 car.. This property has keycode front doors and is fully ready for a weekend on the lake. Boat lift for up to a 26’ boat is included directly behind the house..

Fantastic experience- property was just as described! Clean, pretty view, perfect for what we needed! Owner/property manager could not have been more accommodating. Will absolutely rent again.

Canal Living

Was on a canal as listing said. The two main beds were not the size as listed. They were smaller beds. But was comfortable enough. The house had a few minor repairs that would need addressing , but not major enough to give an overall bad review. We had a good time being able to visit with family .It was a nice, quiet neighborhood. Also very convenient shopping. Overall was good enough for our next stay.

We enjoyed our stay; nice, quiet neighborhood. House is average; comfortable; pictures accurate; dock very nice but a boat we couldn't use was there but we had room to put our pontoon boat. Also, information regarding the low bridge to get to lake was not given, so be careful if you are bringing or renting a boat.

Didn't even spend the night.

Upon check-in we found rodent/reptile feces in the floor, laundry molding in the washer and mold on the sheets. We didn't even spend the night. Locked the door and found a nearby hotel. Waiting on a refund now.

You will not be receiving a refund of any kind... I entered the house 2 days later and found NOTHING wrong at all..... I’m not sure what scam this is or what got cancelled that you just couldn’t make it to the property but I have great reviews and it’s a very nice clean home
