King sofa padded bed in the living room along with a folding privacy screen provide a semi-private space for the occasional guest. New stainless appliances include a 36" fridge with water/ice and gas range. Nice desk area for the working vacationer. Two car garage. Washer and dryer located in the garage. Also new Air conditioning unit !!!! Steps to the Pool/Jacuzzi.......I am Local in Indian Wells in case you need anything.. .. ..
