Villa of 135 m2 on 2 floors in the heart of the maquis with a splendid view of the Gulf of Valinco and the needles of Bavella.
Located at the crossroads of Ajaccio, Bavella, Porto-vecchio, Bonifacio, Sartene, and Alta-rocca you will find all the necessary comfort for a quiet stay and close to many activities (nautical, equestrian, aerial, cultural and city dwellers).
The house also has a large terrace where you can have lunch in peace and a garden with deckchairs, garden furniture and barbecue;
In short, the house is ideal for quiet holidays and families.
It is fully equipped, washing machine, dishwasher, linens ..... a housekeeper provides maintenance at 2 X 2H per week.
