Texas Townhouse On Gore Creek, Walk To Lifts, Vail Village

Texas Townhome Condos are located right in the Village, along the banks of Gore Creek Located just a short 3 minute walk to Vail Village and Gondola One, or a 3 minute walk to Riva Bahn and Gold Peak. Two bedroom condo allows extra living space; free WIFI; free uncovered parking.

This two bedroom suite features 900 square feet of living space; one king bed; two twin beds; full kitchen; in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $200 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Perfect Ski trip

The condo was cozy and roomy for our family. Great location walking distance to ski lifts and Vail village.Beds are comfy!I would say the condo needs more bath towels though and to offer shampoo, conditioner for guests.Other than that the trip is was great!

Great location and relaxing deck

The location of this condo was great. We loved being able to walk into the village for meals and such. We also loved the deck overlooking the creek it was a great spot to relax. The only complaint was the constant pickleball noise from the pickleball courts in front of the townhome. That definitely wasn't enough to ruin our stay though. Overall it was great.

Good location close to Vail Village.

The townhouse we stayed in needs upgrades. The beds need to be replaced. Mattresses are very old and uncomfortable. The twin beds in the second bedroom are very small for an adult.

I am sorry you feel this way on the mattresses. We replaced them just over a year ago. The beds are King and Two Twins....The twins are standard twin beds. The unit is really very nice. I am sorry you feel it needs upgrades. The photos are very accurate.

Great location & space, Wonderful back deck

We love this location and proximity to Vail Village & Ford Park. The beds and linens were comfortable, as was the sofa. The back deck was wonderful and where we spent most of our time when we were at the condo-- being right above Gore Creek was lovely. All in all a great condo, only negatives were that it wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived (it wasn't gross, but it wasn't done right), the kitchen is not very well stocked with useful items, and pickle ball starts at 8am every morning directly across from the condo so if you have the front windows open you will definitely hear it-- this wasn't a huge problem for us and you can't hear it at all from the back deck-- and if you're a pickle ball player, this is where you want to be! We would rent it again.

This was an ideal location for a ski trip - I would stay here again. A five-minute walk to the least-used base lift at Vail, so we hardly had any lift lines the whole time. And a quick walk into the village for dinner. The place itself is very comfortable and almost fully stocked (no grinder for coffee beans; everything else was great). To make it perfect, they should put a hot tub on the deck!

Place was closer to the gondola than I expected. 3 minute walk. Super convenient. Place was roomy and the bathrooms were very nice. Look forward to coming again.
