This accommodation includes: an entrance with bunk beds, a wet room with walk-in shower and washing machine, independent toilet, a living room with fitted kitchenette with dishwasher, electric cooker with oven, microwave, top fridge, television Mezzanine with 160cm bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Terrace equipped with garden furniture + barbecue. Freshly renovated pavilion with taste, it is through-designed allowing enjoyment of two exteriors. Private parking space. Accommodation ideal for a couple with 1 or 2 children.*** Favourite *** The residence's swimming pool is operational from 15 June until end of September.

FOR SHORT STAYS, END OF STAY CLEANING IS MANDATORY AND TO BE PAID ON-SITE FOR 50 EUROS.

Ocean,Soleil,Dune, forêt de pins .. quoi de mieux!!

Vacances au top!! Logement très bien situé proche de la plage, piste cyclable, resto... Tout est bien agencé et équipé pour y passer un agréable séjour. Très bon accueil de L' agence Landaise. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.

logement à proximité de la plage et du centre ville il manque : dans la salle de bain un porte manteau et un porte savon. sur la terrasse qui est à l'ombre l'après-midi une table serait la bien venue.

Situation de la résidence par rapport à la plage et au centre ville parfait, type de logement conforme et agréable pour 2 adultes + 2 enfants / terrasses en bois idéales pour ce lieu Réside bruyante côté rue (beaucoup de va et vient de véhicules), piscine peu attrayante (manque de verdure et impression d’enfermement), logement pas très heureux (le mobilier est daté : lits superposés / table cuisine...) + il manque des supports dans la salle d’eau - la cuisine et l’entrée / des chaises longues et surtout un frigo plus grand

Super schöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten mit dem Erstbezug nach Renovierung eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre die Außenanlagen. Man sitzt etwas auf dem Präsentierteller. Da nur wenige Menschen da lang liefen war es nicht so schlimm.

Bonne agence

Je n'ai pas apprécié que l'on mette la main par terre lors de la remise des clés et qu'on nous dise qu'il y avait du sable, alors que le ménage avait été fait à fond, et qu'on repasse l'aspirateur, que l'on refasse la poussière sur les meubles, ainsi que sur le miroir de la salle de bain que je venais 5 mn avant de faire. Depuis plus de 20 ans que je loue des appartements auprès de votre agence, que j'apprécie, c'est la première fois que l'on refait le ménage derrière moi, ce que je n'ai pas apprécié. Ce serait bien de changer le frigo qui fait un bruit très important. Nous avions déjà loué cet appartement il y a trois ans. Nous avons apprécié le changement de meubles, mais à mon avis c'est le frigo qu'il aurait fallu changer, ainsi que le sommier qui à mon avis doit être cassé, vu le bruit qu'il fait.
