About this property

House 2 P garden VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH 4 persons 10% JULY DISCOUNT

It is a small terraced house near the beach and casino, near the city center, with its private parking and small garden, you will feel very quickly at home because it is very well equipped, comfortable. Ideal for a couple with 2 children.
It contains 2 rooms and a bathroom. There is a double entrance on the garden side and beach side. For the kids this is the beach right across the street with the mickey club on the beach. You can do everything on foot and leave your car in the private car park. The city center is nearby, Caerrefour market, restaurants shops pharmacy etc ... The casino is nearby, to take a pot on the terrace in the summer with the Live music, cinema, minigolf for adults and children is just crossing the square ... We do not get bored after the beach!
The apartment is decorated in the colors of the sea, marine inspiration. It has 2 bedrooms, a bedroom and a living room with a fully equipped American kitchen. with a sofa bed for the night in the blink of an eye turns into a dining room for 6 people, the coffee table unfolds and is raised in height, the folding chairs allow a good meal. But you can choose to eat on the garden terrace next to the BBQ. After the meal a nap well deserved on the deck chairs of the garden, or if you prefer to go back to the beach, it's as you want, it's just 3 steps!
The kitchen is hyperéquipée, refrigerator, freezer dishwasher, washing machine, plate vitro, microwaves, coffee maker nespresso and normal,
TV, free Wi Fi.

Superbe dépaysement avec cette location avec jardin à 20 mètres de la plage. L hôtesse très avenante et très attentionnée, vous accueille dignement comme dans un hôtel … elle a rendu ce logement parfaitement bien décoré et hyper équipé. Petit plus avec ce bout de jardin à l’abris des regards. Pour les amoureux de la mer, petite ville avec les commerces fondamentaux , loin de la foule de touristes. Parfait pour les enfants, qui ne font qu une minute de marche pour se rendre à la plage. Bon ben nous du coup, on revient l année prochaine!!!

Location extremement bien équipée, propriétaire qui a le sens du détail. Rien ne manque, c'est comme à la maison. Situation et envionnement idéals : à quelques mètres de la plage, 5 min à pied du centre ville. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire. Il y a toutes les commodités : parking privé, jardinet équipé où nous laissions nos vélos (balades autour du marais de Villers entre autres...) En somme de très bonnes vacances. Merci

Propriétaire sympathique. Intérieur bien décoré et propre, équipement satisfaisant. Il faudrait préciser qu'aucune des pièces n'a de fenêtre, seulement 2 portes dont l'une ouvre sur le trottoir d'une rue. Côté jardin, c'est mignon, côté rue = devanture de magasin. Suffisant pour un séjour pour 2 personnes.
