Duplex House 200m from Beach with Parking

We offer a lovely semi-detached duplex house in a residence just steps from the north beach of Biscarrosse Plage, providing easy access to the supervised beaches, ideal for surf lessons or relaxing on the sand. It comprises a living room with a TV area (no Wi-Fi, but a set-top box can be rented), opening onto a private south-facing terrace perfect for al fresco dining, complete with a barbecue. There is also an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom with a double bed (140cm) sleeps two. A shower room and a separate WC provide added convenience. A mezzanine offers a double bed (140cm) sleeps two and a single bed (90cm) with storage. A parking space is also available. You can park upon arrival and, if you wish, explore everything on foot or by bicycle during your stay, perfect for enjoying the beachfront restaurants, our cycle paths, and other highlights of our region. A sunny holiday awaits!

End-of-stay cleaning is included.

Emplacement ideal a 200m de la mer et priche d'un loueur de surf. A 10 min a pied du centre. Terrasse assez grande mais pas très intime avec des claustras un peu bas par rapport aux autres maisons alentours. Espaces restreints dans la maison mais suffisants pour 4. Odeur de renfermé pas très agréable. Maison mitoyenne par plusieurs côtés qui peux s'avérer bruyant si les voisins n'ont pas le même rythme que vous. En résumé, location avec quelques defauts mais avec un rapport qualité prix très intéressant au vue de sa situation

Emplacement idéal entre plage et commerces. La configuration de la résidence permet de garder son intimité lorsqu'on est sur la terrasse et c'est plutôt calme. Quelques menus travaux dans la maison (néon dans la cuisine, pommeau de douche accrochable au mur, parasol qui ne se replie pas tout seul..etc..) permettrait de compenser le côté très rustique de l'intérieur. Avec une rénovation complète, ce serait un bien d'exception.

Insgesamt waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Die Unterkunft war dreckig, teilweise unaufgeräumt und nicht abgedeckte Kabel unter der Treppe waren sichtbar und für die Kinder erreichbar. Nach einer langen Fahrt hatten wir uns etwas Besseres erhofft. Leider mussten wir die Toilette, die Dusche und den Babystuhl erstmal selber gründlich reinigen…. Uns wurde zwar im Nachgang, nachdem wir unseren Unmut über den örtlichen Ansprechpartner kundgetan haben, angeboten die Unterkunft reinigen zu lassen, allerdings hatten wir da bereits alles schon selber erledigt.Alles in Allem haben wir für fast 1000 / Woche zumindest was die Sauberkeit anbelangt definitiv mehr erwartet. Es muss für uns nicht luxuriös sein, aber wenn man mit Kindern reist muss es sauber sein (insbesondere die sanitären Anlagen) und es dürfen keine bunten Kabel in Griffhöhe aus der Wand gucken. Positiv hervorzuheben war allerdings die Nähe zum Strand und zu der dortigen „Innenstadt“. Alles super erreichbar auch mit Kinderwagen.
