6 Bedroom with flat screens in every room! Inground pool with everything included. Cable, Wifi, AC etc...Three miles from the Track, 1 mile from Downtown. Sleeps 12 comfortably. Just recently purchased (no outdoor summer pictures as of yet) and remodeled. Everything is brand new! Come enjoy Saratoga at the Winners Circle!! The outside will have brand new patio furniture and grill. This place is a year round rental that is perfect for any guests looking to enjoy Saratoga Springs!

Toga, Toga! Great Stay via Robert

Our entire group was pleased with this property and the experience we had. The location was great, as downtown was very accessible - unfortunately the tracks were closed but I'm sure that would've been easy as well. This house is also big enough that we were able to comfortably fit 12 adults, and have room to spare! Pool was great especially on hot days. Overall I'd recommend anyone looking for a spacious, clean house to rent here. Robert was great - very communicative, and always willing to help out if anything came up. 10/10 would recommend - Toga, Toga!

Wonderful stay - Thank you Rob!

Booked this home for a group of buddies - 50th birthday weekend. Everything was perfect for us. Lots of room (indoors and out) and very to close to everything we needed; shops , restaurants, casino, track and golf. Our host Robert could not have been more responsive, accommodating and helpful. Thanks for helping make some great memories! Dave M.

Perfect Large Group House

A group of friends and I stayed at Robs house for a long weekend. This house was exactly what we were looking for. House was clean, had a ton of space and came with everything we needed. Thank you for a great weekend Rob!
