Are you planning a weekend in Saratoga this year? This is the perfect place to be a base camp for all your trips and winter ski resorts which are close by! Available throughout the year. Freshly updated with all new furnishings, this 4 bedroom (5th bedroom in basement) 2 bath home has everything you need. Spacious rooms, comfy decor, front porch and rear deck with outdoor furnishings, gas grill and a brand new hot tub are perfect for entertaining or relaxing. There's even a furnished room in the basement for a last minute guest! A/C, wifi, cable TVs and plenty of off-street parking. Just 1.5 miles to downtown Saratoga and easy access to I-87.
When requesting to reserve - Please provide breakdown of group - ages/couples etc. as we cater to respectable groups over age 30 that will sleep in the beds furnished with the house

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather the used towels and start a wash in the Maytag washer and no need to remove the linens off the beds - Thanks
Please scrape grill grates of any residue that may have been left there
Shut all AC units aside from Dining room unit
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
When requesting to reserve, pleases provide breakdown of group - ages/couples etc. as we only rent to respectful groups over 35 years old

Our stay was excellent! The property was fabulous and was large enough to comfortably sleep our family . The backyard was shaded and fenced in. The drive to Saratoga Springs was 1.3 miles. This is not walkable due to a very busy highways. I would highly recommend this rental home

Comfortable, great communication with owner, great space for our group of 8 to be together in kitchen, dining area. Plenty of parking- quick drive to all there’s to do in “Toga”!

Great accommodation

Stayed here for weekend family birthday in town. Very accurate depiction of the home- really nice place! Very clean, nice layout and plenty of room. Check in was easy and host is very responsive to any question.

Great Property

This property worked great for us for a wedding in the Saratoga Springs area. We had 10 family members and enough beds for everyone. The property was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located just outside of Saratoga Springs. The host was great and responsive to all of our questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

Highly recommend this property if you are visiting Saratoga! The house was in an awesome location—a quick drive to downtown and/or Saratoga lake. It was clean, spacious and had a great backyard. We will be back!

Fall Getaway

Our family had a great time at the property. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for our family. The hot tub was great to relax in after a day of hiking and shopping. We would definitely stay at the property at another time.

What a great place!!!

Real gem!

We stayed at this wonderful place for two nights for the wedding in Saratoga Springs. Everything - from booking to our departure - was flawless. The house and the amenities exceeded all of our expectations! We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub and the grill, so we will be back! Comfortable house in a great location

This house was very comfortable and was in a great location. We had easy access to downtown, to the Northway and shopping centers, and to our family on the east side of town and out Rt 9. We did several bike rides from the house that avoided much traffic. The TV and Internet worked well and the living room was very comfortable. There was plenty of comfortable sleeping space -- although we did not use as much as we expected due to COVID-19 restrictions. We also did not use some of the other features like the hot tub and the deck with barbecue. The only caution is that Gick Rd can get a little busy and so you have to be careful backing out of the driveway; however, if you only have a couple cars, there's room to 3-point turn in the driveway. All-in-all we had a great stay. Thanks Charles.

We stayed here for a girls trip in Saratoga Springs and it was perfect! The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully set up with everything we needed for a fun and comfortable stay. Beautiful Property and extremely helpful host! Stayed here with 4 couples and had more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. Minutes from Broadway/Downtown and minutes from Racetrack. We had no problem getting back and forth from town whether we were driving or taking ride share. Highly recommend for a fun family vacation.

The property was clean and had the kinds of things needed including towels and kitchen utensils. The location was reasonably close to town but close to a main road with an intermittently busy road to pull out of the driveway onto. Overall, it met the needs of our family well.

House was great. Weather not so good so spent decent amount of time in the house. The downstairs was new and clean. Plenty of room. I would rent again. Location a little out of way from downtown but with the bad weather we weren’t walking anyway.

Girls Weekend Away

Stayed at this property for a few nights for a girls getaway weekend and found the property so clean and perfect for our stay! The house was thoroughly cleaned upon arrival with clear instructions on how to check in and where everything is in the house. Plenty of beds and bedrooms to accommodate all of us, and everyone commented on how comfortable their beds were! The house is 5 minutes from downtown so driving or calling an Uber was so easy and convenient. I highly recommend and hope to stay again!
