Boynton Beach Paradise

Our stay the week of March 11 at this mini resort was wonderful!! This home is absolutely gorgeous with all amenities included. You can tell owners pay attention to detail, this home had everything and more! So accommodating for everyone to enjoy this mini paradise!! 10 out of 10!

The Perfect Stay

Took my family and my parents down for Spring Break. The house was perfect. The pictures do not do it justice. The house is very clean and had everything we needed. The backyard is the perfect private oasis. My kids and I also enjoyed the putting green. The 2nd master bedroom on the main floor was perfect for my parents. The neighborhood is very quite and peaceful. The beach is very close by and Atlantic Ave is minutes away for dining and shopping. We will look to stay again!

2023 Family Spring Break

The pool area and putting green are simply amazing. We spent our entire trip in the backyard and enjoyed every second. If we needed to get out of the sun, we went into the tiki hut or under the covered patio. Comfortable beds and great gourmet kitchen. Thank you!!!

A Beautiful Oasis

Scott was a great host with excellent communication. The property is the nicest house on the block which is great! The street is quiet, and you can be anywhere in minutes. We were happy to see the house extremely clean with a great layout when we walked in. It's also a huge bonus that the house has two master bedrooms. And then you go out back! It felt like a resort—the section where the TV and dining table is excellent. We spent a lot of time in the morning and at night here. The tiki hut was a great place to nap and get out of the sun after being in the pool. The putting green was great for keeping my parents and me busy. We kept saying how the backyard felt like a resort. We all kept saying how this was much better than being in a hotel and had everything we needed for a great vacation. I'd highly recommend staying here!

Why they chose this property

The property has a fabulous location AND the home has been renovated with a chef's kitchen, which is a true entertainers dream. The backyard is a private and relaxing tropical oasis! The home has multiple televisions, cushy bedding for restful sleep, high speed wifi, ample parking, and a fully equipped kitchen for serving gourmet meals or a lovely casual grilling area. A Keurig coffee maker with a selection of blends to choose from, brand new refrigerator with water and ice, central air and heat with ceiling fans that provide a very comfortable environment. We do ask that our guests respect our home, enjoy your holiday and please leave the home as you found it upon arrival. We have tried to provide all of the comforts of home!!

All spaces of the home are accessible, except for two locked owner's closets on the lower level.

Interaction with guests is minimal, we are always available but like to give our guests privacy and respect during their stay. We as well as our property manager and hired professionals can be contacted 24 hours a day during your stay, or in case of an emergency. We do have a schedule for hired professionals who maintain systems of the home also. This schedule is provided with check in details.

UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT ALLOW EVENTS, PARTIES OR WEDDINGS!!

What makes this property unique

The Neighborhood - We are within walking distance to Dunkin Donuts for the East Coasters or driving distance (2 miles) to Starbucks for the West Coasters. Many convenience stores as well as a Walmart and Pizza Shop are all within walking distance also, along with famous Swinton Avenue.

Getting around- Proximity to shopping, dining, beaches and excursions are all convenient to the home. Uber and Lyft are about a 5-10 minute drive to famous Atlantic Ave and generally under $10 each way. Downtown Boynton Beach, Two Georges and the Banana Boat are also quite close to the home. Driving is faster, but parking in Delray Beach can be a challenge. However, many restaurants offer valet parking for a fee and metered parking is also available.

Other things to note - We do have professionals that maintain the home. They will be coming and going during your stay to care for the property. Check in and checkout times and policies are strict, and in place to accommodate all people involved with the rental. The policies are in place to prepare the home for all guests in a timely manner. SECURITY CAMERAS are on the property for everyone's protection as well as an alarm system. We expect and enforce that this system will always be armed when leaving the property.
