Planned for a couple or 2 friends, this large T1 of over 30 m² is an apartment is ideally located in the hyper center of Ajaccio and will charm you with its cocoon aspect. The apartment has a living room with a comfortable space as well as a separate sleeping area to preserve the privacy where you will find a cozy queen size bed (large double bed 160 * 200). Its bathroom, as for it is ideally optimized and displays pure lines for a combination of luxury and comfort.

Complement renovated in 2018 with new and quality materials, The apartment has all the necessary equipment for your comfort (air conditioning hot / cold, wifi internet, dishwasher, washing machine, towel dryer, dishes etc ...) . The living room has a beautiful natural exposed stone wall and an optimized lighting work has been done to compensate for the lack of natural light in the apartment.

The apartment is located in the golden triangle of Ajaccio 20 meters from the market, 3 minutes walk from the beach, 3 minutes walk from the museum Fesch, 5 minutes walk from the ferry and bus station etc. etc., you can not be more central!

The apartment is renovated with quality materials, we favor a clientele respectful of the property of others. The apartment will be clean on arrival and must be in the same state when you leave

appart très bien situé.trop peu de vaisselle.pas de four. pas de cuvette ou seau.pas d'aspirateur.forfait ménage imposé.dommage! nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré ces quelques manquements.

Je vous remercie pour votre retour auquel je tiens à apporter quelques precisions, l'aspirateur se trouve dans le coffre sous le televiseur, concernant le menage imposé, cela ne nous aura pas echappé que nous sommes en periode de pandemie et que le ménage réalisé est professionnel de 2h00 completes et en aucun cas un simple depoussiérage. Pour le reste je propose toujours aux locataires de me contacter si ils ont des besoins ou des accessoires dont ils auraient eventuellement besoin, dommage que n'ayez pas pris le temps de le faire.
