Die Lage und die Aussicht ist sehr schön und es ist ruhig. ABER: Wenn man diese Unterkunft bucht, sollte einem bewusst sein, dass man auf dem abgebildetem Sofa schläft, was für 8 Nächte nicht sonderbar bequem ist. Falls es regnet oder kalt ist, muss man vom Bett aus essen.Im Bad gibt es keinen Haken für Handtücher oder Klamotten.Es gibt keinen Schrank, nur eine Kommode. Für 2 Personen zu wenig. Man ist gezwungen die Sachen im Koffer zu lassen. Bei 8 Übernachtungen sehr nervig.Die Küche bzw. Kochnische ist extrem spärlich eingerichtet und zum kochen eher ungeeignet. 2 von 3 Tellern hatten einen Sprung. Vorsicht: versteckte Kosten!Der Vermieter wollte 30 für die Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Laut Fewo ist ausdrücklich ausgewiesen inklusive.

Sehr angenehm. Anregung: Ein neuer Sonnenschirm oder/und eine Überdachung der Terrasse wären angesichts der Hitzewelle schön gewesen. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst.

Schöne Lage

Sehr schöne Terrasse mit Blick über den Rest des Städtchens auf das 400 m tiefer liegende Meer. Das kleine Zimmer ist bei schönem Wetter ok, mehrere Tagen Regen möchte man nicht darin zubringen müssen. Die Küchenausstattung ist dürftig. Das Zentrum von Piana mit vielen Gaststätten ist fußläufig. Insgesamt ist das Quartier zu empfehlen, Schneidebrettchen und Aufwaschlappen mitnehmen ;)

superbe site

nous étions vraiment très bien, le lieu est calme, la vue superbe , le village point de départ de belles découvertes. Le studio est confortable, quelques petits détails pourraient encore l'améliorer: un crochet dans la salle d'eau, 4 assiettes au lieu de 3...mais ce n'est pas grave, c'était vraiment super! Merci

Super séjour au cœur de Piana

Deuxième séjour dans ce studio très bien placé en bas du village de Piana. La vue de la terrasse est superbe et le calme est garanti. Nous reviendrons !

Conforme au descriptif et photos. Belles finitions et matériaux de qualités. Seul bémol. Sachant que c est un studio, il manque des patères dans la pièce et des crochets dans la cuisine pour permettre d accrocher serviettes et torchons.

Joli studio au coeur de Piana : calme et tranquillité

Le studio est localisé en bas du village de Piana, dans un quartier très calme et tranquille, avec une jolie vue sur la mer. Petite surface, mais studio rénové récemment, et tout le nécessaire y est, y compris la climatisation, bien agréable en période de grosse chaleur. La terrasse est assez grande et permet de prendre les repas et l'apéro dehors, de bouquiner et de profiter du paysage, ou d'observer le ciel étoilé le soir. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme et la proximité du village. Merci au propriétaire pour ses réponses rapides et son sens du service. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Bellissima vacanza

Abbiamo passato una settimana perfetta. La casa è molto piccola ma molto graziosa e organizzata, c'è tutto quello che serve. Tutto nuovo e pulito. La terrazza con vista mare è il punto forte, si può mangiare fuori guardando il tramonto. I proprietari gentili e disponibili. A piedi si possono raggiungere tutti i servizi del paese. Piana è un luogo unico e merita di essere visitato.
