About this property

Give yourself a little piece of paradise

A studio of 42 m2 renovated air-conditioned, located in a private area, which lies under the owners' villa consists of two separate wooden houses.

It has a bedroom with 160x200 bedding and a very large walk-in shower.
It also has a bright kitchen with all the necessary appliances.

Outside, you can enjoy a wood terrace of 25 m2, with barbecue and two chiliennes.

You can also enjoy the swimming pool (13x3 m) located between the two houses and a garden where you can enjoy the sun and cool off.

Possibility to add a cot for a baby and the dining chair. WiFi access possible

The villa is close to the many beautiful beaches of the south shore and 20 minutes from Ajaccio quick access by sea.

Petit coin de paradis

Le séjour était parfait . Le logement était d’une propreté irréprochable, fidèle aux photos sur le site. L’accueil était très chaleureux et les hôtes sont vraiment très disponibles et aux petits soins. Cet hébergement est un vrai petit coin de paradis très bien situé . La piscine est un plus et la vue depuis la terrasse est superbe.

Nous avons eu le privilège d'être les premiers à découvrir ce petit coin de paradis à Porticcio, et nous avons trouvé chez Mr et Mme Martelli tout ce que nous recherchions, et plus encore... Les photos de l'annonce reflètent exactement ce que nous avons découvert en arrivant, un endroit tranquille avec piscine et vue sur la mer, pas loin des plages, un accueil chaleureux et un studio magnifique et confortable. Tout a été pensé pour satisfaire le vacancier, et faciliter son séjour. Nous garderons un souvenir impérissable de cette première semaine en Corse, et notre charmante hôtesse y est pour beaucoup.
