For your stay in Corsica, we welcome you to this pretty, very comfortable furnished wooden chalet of 46m² with magnificent sea view, for 2 to 5 people + 18M² terrace.
Completely independent chalet located on the grounds of our villa, in the middle of a 4500m² masked park, very quiet.
You will have a beautiful private terrace facing south-west, with panoramic views of the Gulf of Ajaccio and the Sanguinaires Islands.
Beautiful swimming pool, solarium and garden of scrub and fruit trees available.
Private parking.

Composition: Independent comfortable chalet
1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 2 bunk beds,
1 bathroom with vanity unit, shower, WC, washing machine.
A large fitted kitchen (fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) opening onto a living room / lounge. TV. Wireless.
Large picture window overlooking the private terrace and the garden. Garden Lounge. Air conditioning . Bed linen not provided (Possibility with supplement: +30€ / bed).
Towels not provided (Possibility with supplement: +20€ / pers.).
End of stay cleaning not included (possibility with supplement: +80€)

Amazing spot with beautiful view on bay of Ajaccio

The family Rozé is very friendly and helpfull and has given us very good tips with a self made special map of the surroundings. We loved it, our kids too. Good combination of river and ocean within reach. Also your villa is clean and has a great terrace and the pool is lovely. Thank you! Everything is just as described

The cottage is very nice and perfect for a family (or 4/5 persons). The condition is "like new"; you have a nice patio with a stunning view of Ajaccio; the last part of the road is a little steep and narrow, but once inside the property you have your own, wide, space to park. Air conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine are included. The hosts are vere precise and discreet. Near the pool there's a barbecur you can use. Very raccomanded.

Logement conforme aux attentes, aux photos et à la description.Seul point négatif pour nous: le prix. Presque 1800 pour une semaine en Août pour 50m2 et une piscine partagée. il fallait compter 150 de plus pour les draps et serviettes (30 par lit et 15 kit serviettes par personne), option que nous n'avons donc pas prise.

Notre gite dispose effectivement d'une surface de 50 m² 20 m² de terrasse couverte. Tout confort, très bien entretenu, à 15 mns des plages en voiture et 20 mns d'Ajaccio. Notre site est exceptionnel; Lorsque vous choisissez de réserver par Abritel, vous payez à Abritel 20% de frais et nous, propriétaire, nous payons aussi des frais. Le prix de location n'est pas de 1800€ mais de 1500€ en Août. Le linge est effectivement en option pour justement limiter le prix de la location. Pour la piscine, elle est effectivement à partager avec 3 autres gites T2. Sur votre semaine, les locataires étaient très calmes, vous avez occasionné plus de bruit qu'ils n'en ont fait. Il est donc préférable pour vous effectivement de louer la prochaine fois une location isolée avec piscine privée mais je crains fort que le prix soit encore plus élevé.

Nous avons passé une super semaine en famille. Le gîte est bien conçu, fonctionnel et très propre à notre arrivée. La vue est incroyable. L’espace piscine est très agréable. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et discrets. L’endroit est très calme. Je recommande cette location.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus aus Holz mit tollem Blick über die Bucht. Unsere Kinder haben den Salzwasserpool sehr genossen. Man kann gut Ausflüge in die Berge sowie ans Meer machen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, aber auch teilweise sehr streng im Bezug auf die Nutzung ihres Eigentums. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft für Reisende, die Ruhe suchen und gerne individuell reisen.

Accueil très agréable et chaleureux de nos hôtes, avec des gourmandises de bienvenue. On se sent tout de suite comme à la maison.Propriété située dans les hauteurs, comprenant de magnifiques espaces verts avec un point de vue imprenable sur la baie d'Ajaccio. Ort zum Erholen aber auch für Ausflüge

Wir haben die 2 Wochen sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt, genauso wie die Anlage & Pool. Der Blick auf Ajaccio ist wunderbar, vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist gut gelegen für Ausflüge in den Süden, die Westküste und an den Strand. Sehr nette Vermieter, unkomplizierte Kommunikation, schnelle Antworten, gute Tipps. Hat alle gepasst.

Sehr schönes Appartement

Wir haben eine schöne Urlaubswoche in angenehmer Atmosphäre verbracht. Das Appartement ist etwas abseits gelegen und mit nahegelegenen Zugang zu Meer und den Bergen. Benötigte Bettwäsche und Handtücher sowie Endreinigung müss3n separat beglichen werden.

Alles wunderbar

Es waren tolle zwei Wochen. Wir waren im separaten Ferienhaus. Von den anderen Ferienwohnungen bekommt man nur geringfügig etwas mit. Super nette Gastgeber, die immer erreichbar oder verfügbar sind. Das Haus, die Umgebung und die Aussicht sind top.

Superbe cadre de vacances

Le chalet était très agréable, parfaitement propre, tout neuf et très bien équipé, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer/le coucher de soleil. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Isabelle et son mari, avec de bons produits Corse. L'emplacement est très au calme entre Ajaccio, les plages et les montagnes. Un superbe lieu de vacances, y compris hors saison
