Air-conditioned apartment, strategically located, with stunning views of the Poniente beach. Large veranda facing south. Two bedrooms, a large living room with integrated kitchen, a bathroom and a gallery accessible from the kitchen.
It has a communal swimming pool and a community car park protected by a door with automatic opening.
The property has a swimming pool open all year.
The southern orientation of the terrace allows you to enjoy sunbathing in winter and a pleasant temperature during the summer season when the sun is very high and does not enter the terrace. Its situation facing the sea allows it to benefit from a sea breeze which causes a pleasant thermal sensation even on days of maximum temperatures.
The beach is the best in Benidorm. Even in high season, it is very easy to get a space by the sea.
Restaurants, cafes, pharmacy and food shops nearby. The area is quiet with limited traffic.

Poniente Beach Apartment

A lovely spacious clean apartment within walking distance of the beach. The owner was very helpful,very easy to get hold of and went out of his way to make you welcomed, if you had any questions or queries he would happily help you out. I got very informed directions and he had someone to meet us and show us around their apartment. Thanks for a Great Stay. I only one very minor suggestion, get a iron and ironing board.

Wohnung besitzt alles was mann für täglichen Gebrauch braucht und trüber hinaus, gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Top Ausblick, sicherer Parkplatz, direkt an der Straße und trotzdem ruhig. Für uns einfach perfekt, besonderer Dank geht an den Gastgeber, freundlich, nett, bei fragen immer sofort verfügbar und hilfsbereit.

Tout était parfait . Accueil et disponibilité du propriétaire. Appartement bien agencé, d'une propreté irréprochable, bien équipé. La terrasse et sa vue dégagée sur la mer que du bonheur. Excellent emplacement au calme avec toutes les commodités à proximité.
