The unit is clean, nicely updated, plenty of dishes, comfortable beds, nice towels, heat worked well. Best part was the great location on the lagoon and walking distance to the beach.

Lovely condo, very clean when we arrived and had plenty of thoughtful amenities, like night lights. Lagoon was magical and quick walk to the beach. Perfect for a week long trip with a small family.

Great vacation

We had a great vacation on the island. The condo was very comfortable with easy access to the beach, bike trails, and town market. We’ll definitely look to see if this place is available on our next trip!

--clam shell dish container in kitchen had red dirt in it--2nd bedroom blinds would not open--A/C filter needs to be changed & cleaned--when we arrived, the A/C was set on 71 degrees, not 74 degrees as suggested--spider webs outside front door between doorframe & wall--drain in master bath will not open – had to prop it open--stains on chairs around table & sofa--no space in the closet in 2nd bedroom for hanging clothes due to storage--light in washing machine area inoperative--spoon drawer only has 2 regular teaspoons--open ironing board in master closet – had to remove for clothing

Pleasant

Had a great stay at this property. View was beautiful of Ospreys, alligators and deer. Stayed here with my husband, brother and his son. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here for 10 days. Pros: great location, excellent view, well laid out villa, nicely decorated. Cons: furniture (dining chairs, couch, master bedspread) had several stains. The chairs and couches were almost covered entirely in spots. Yuck! The dining chairs and couch were so bad I almost had to set a towel down just to sit on them. Very disappointed to see the condition of them and feel sand on the floor upon arrival. Under the furniture and beds were filthy. We found trash shoved under there from previous guests. The kitchen also needs attention. Drawer liners were stained brown. Baking sheets and pots were rusted and some totally unusable. Back porch door was broken and could not be opened. Closets were dirty and used for storage making it difficult to use them (mainly the laundry closet and guest closet--master was fine). I could have done without the junk drawers scattered throughout making them unusable for us. If the owner addresses the furniture stains, poor kitchen ware, and broken door, then I would definitely stay here again. We saw the pond's resident alligator almost every day. The easy bike ride to the beach and spectacular view made up for the cons listed above.

Perfect location

Villa location is perfect, quiet, nice stroll to beach, and use of bike/ walking paths. The unit has a charming weather worn on the outside but everything is sufficient on the inside. We had a very relaxing stay.

A favorable Trip

The property was just as the pictures described and was clean and inviting. Checking in was easy and we enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the comfortability of the bed mattress, they were hard to sleep on.

Disappointed- not up to VRBO standards- non working bathtub-I am a bath person) could not fill- no stopper- have photo) ) non working TV- ??? owner did respond initially to try to resolve but after MANY tries, it would not work to connect ) broken chest of drawers in prime bedroom. (Have photo) terrible plastic chairs on deck. But had the BEST refrigerator-

Hi Peter, While I apologize that you felt this way, I do want to clarify that I made significant efforts to address the concerns you raised during your stay. We spent over two hours on FaceTime walking through the process of connecting the TV to the WiFi and troubleshooting the issue together. Unfortunately, the difficulty ultimately appeared to stem from connecting the device and entering the WiFi credentials correctly. During our conversations, you also mentioned that you were otherwise enjoying your stay and having a great time. Given the amount of time and effort spent trying to assist and resolve the issue, this review is more than disappointing especially since there was no mention of a bathtub, patio chair, or chester draw issue.

Parkside Serenity

My husband and I had a perfect stay at the condo. Everything in the condo worked well and it looked just like the pictures. The setting was beautiful - we really enjoyed coffee in the mor j g on the deck. We would definitely rent this condo again - hopefully soon!

Great experience at kiawah

Cameron was great to work with and a wonderful host. Was flexible with us with dates and very quick to respond to any questions. Great location at kiawah, with nice views of lagoon. Kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment etc, if needed. Highly recommend!

Nice condo

Nice condo overlooking a lagoon. Everything was spotlessly cleaned, the beds were comfortable, and shower pressure was great. Loved both the deck and covered porch for evenings. The 2nd bedroom has a bathroom door that goes to the hallway and the bedroom which was very nice.

Perfect for the marathon

We were in town for the Kiawah marathon. Close to the shuttle and nice and quiet for the weekend I did try and communicate with the home owner before ref a menial ? But got no response Only issue I would say was a large cockroach inside the rental near the dining room which freaked me out
