The Villa is located in a magnificent wooded park with direct access to the Etang de Thau.
Swimming pool with lagoon view, pool house with barbecue. Water sports close by, possibility of renting a boat from the property. Ideal with family and friends.

Housing

The Villa was built in 2018 and has a 2000m2 garden.
Its surface is 250 m2, it is spread over two levels:
On the ground floor, entrance, large living room of 80m2 lit by many windows with fully equipped American kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine and classic coffee maker, American fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, aspiring host, and all utensils necessary for cooking) central island.
Terraces and access to the swimming pool with a breathtaking view of the Etang de Thau.
A large master suite adapted to disabled standards, with dressing room and an adjoining shower room.
An extra bedroom with 2 single beds.
Laundry room, separate toilet.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms equipped with every comfort with their dressing rooms and their private bathrooms.
Air conditioning in all rooms.

Caretaker on site.
Cleaning lady extra. Baby cot on the spot.
Free parking within the park, gate with direct access to the Etang de Thau, nautical club and tennis club located 100 meters from the house.
Shops and bakery nearby on foot (800 meters)
Beaches 10 minutes by car.
Montpellier Méditerranée Airport 40 minutes,
SNCF train station 10 minutes by car.

A truly exceptional house in a fabulous private spot overlooking the lagoon with direct beach access

Quietly set behind remote gates then approached by a 100m driveway this exceptional house (built to steal the best views available of the lagoon) is a fabulous retreat with private pool and direct beach access. Well fitted out, and bigger than the photos appear, the accommodation is well suited to an extended family event (we stayed with 3 generations/3 family groups). Sete itself with its Venice like canals is very approachable and welcoming. Not far off are many miles of under-occupied sandy beaches. The private pool is surrounded by travertine marble and there is a pool house which incorporates an outside kitchen. Air conditioning works well to the bedrooms, it struggles a little to cool the reception areas though. If being critical the American style fridge freezer might be complemented by a drinks' fridge which would serve an extended group better. Also available as an optional extra is a boat with outboard that can be rented by the day, or half day. Watch out if venturing up the canals as there are sunken boats and sandbanks. Conveniently close to a good supermarket and 20 minutes from a hypermarket if your demands are more extensive. On-site gardener/handyman who lives in cottage on the estate you are also sharing the space with the older, original house but areas are well defined and you don't feel any intrusion. A very welcome stay for 2 week in August. The mosquitos are a bit of a bother but thats the general location, not this house, so remember to bring the repellent!!

Amazing oasis

A truly beautiful property set in tranquil surrounds and gardens. We could have sat by the pool and gazed out to the ocean all day. The house itself also had everything that we could have asked for. Thank you Constance for an amazing stay !
