FABULOUS 1 BED APARTMENT IN MARIGOT BAY MARINA VILLAGE
Situated in the Marigot Marina Central Courtyard, this second floor apartment has a lovely view of the Bay and is just a few steps away from the waterfront.
The apartment is both spacious and tastefully furnished to the highest standard. It comprises a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table and chairs, living room with comfy sofa, which transfers into a sofa-bed. The bedroom, with king bed is large and comfortable with an ensutie shower room.
The balcony has a table and 2 chairs - here you can sit and watch the super-yachts and sail boats sailing in and out of the Bay whilst you sip on a 'local rum cocktail'!!
Just a short walk along the dock and you can enter he adjacent Zoetry 5* Hotel Here you have the benefit of being able to use the pools and gym free of charge with your rental, food and beverages are payable! A great bonus!
Within the central Courtyard, you have Hurricane Hole Restaurant/Bar, open from 7am until 10pm, Coco Cafe for coffees & pastries and Driftwood Steak House Restaurant. All open to the public and pay as you go...
