Located on the ground floor, less than 50 meters from the beach (just the road to cross) with breathtaking views of the Durdent valley.
Several restaurants, bar, accessible on foot, as well as a grocery store and even a CASINO for the more playful;
Otherwise a beautiful quality kitchen is in the studio and a barbecue is at your disposal with its small "garden furniture".
You can take your meals outside.

You will be in an independent studio. Parking at the foot of the studio, the sea at 50 meters and "terrace" corner in front of the studio.
