One Bedroom Carriage House, with Full Size Kitchen and Den, two TVs (one in master bedroom and one in the den), all with Internet and high speed WiFi. The perfect set up for couples looking for a quite retreat. The rental includes two beach bikes and two beach chairs with an umbrella. The rental has a separate entrance and private outdoor shower with hot water to rinse the sand off. The rental also has second floor porch that overlooks state forest wildlife area.

Great Stay!

This place was perfect for my spouse and I. It was extremely nice and clean, just a short walk to the beach, and we really enjoyed riding the provided bikes to local spots to eat. Jim was a great host: super friendly and made us feel at home. We loved our stay here!

Great stay and great location

This is our second time visiting the property. The rental was very clean and organized. The bed was really comfortable. We love staying here. It is within walking or biking distance from great food and beaches.

Beautiful Oasis

This is a repeat stay for us in this beautiful coach house. It is very nicely decorated and well equipped... kitchen, laundry, deck with grill... everything you would need for an almost luxury stay for 2. The deck looks out onto a beautiful natural woodland setting and the beach and restaurants are just a short walk. Just a great place.

Spring Break

This carriage house is gorgeous. My husband and I enjoyed meeting the owners and found a new favorite restaurant from their recommendations, Mimmo’s 30A. The house is so close to the beach, Seaside, and Watercolor. We would love to visit again.

Beautiful carriage house

We loved our stay in Seagrove. The carriage house was updated and beautifully decorated. The location is close to Seaside, Watercolor, and the beach. The house had just enough room for our family of 4 (5 &7 years old). It was a great Fall break!

I stayed her with my 16-year-old daughter and the carriage house did not disappoint! Jim and Debbie have a beautiful place with top of the line appliances, comfortable furnishings, and a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations. Beautiful Carriage house stay

We had a blast at Jim and Debbie’s place. Their perfect carriage house was right out of a magazine! The home was so inviting and warm. The hosts/owners were even better. Very welcoming and accommodating, easy to reach and ask questions of, and great recommendations for things that I do and places to eat around the area. We would absolutely recommend this place to others and stay here again!

Upscale Carriage House

Wonderful upscale carriage house with a modern beach feel. Lots of closet and drawer space for unpacking and feeling at home. Close to the beach and Seaside (easy walk or bike ride) while being just far enough to have some peace and quiet. Great hosts!

Lovely spot

This property has everything you could ask for and more. It is close to the beach and restaurants and it is beautifully appointed. The owners are very responsive and accomodating. I dont think anyone would be unhappy with this for their beach stay.We sure did enjoy it! Thanks Jim and Debbie! See you on our return trip next summer.
