One Bedroom Carriage House, with Full Size Kitchen and Den, two TVs (one in master bedroom and one in the den), all with Internet and high speed WiFi. The perfect set up for couples looking for a quite retreat. The rental includes two beach bikes and two beach chairs with an umbrella. The rental has a separate entrance and private outdoor shower with hot water to rinse the sand off. The rental also has second floor porch that overlooks state forest wildlife area.

Comfortable relaxing stay

Jim & his wife have done a wonderful job decorating this beautiful place. They have thought of everything. The bed was so comfortable. It is located in a beautiful neighbor and in a very convenient location to seaside. It was super easy and quick to get to the beach. We loved everything about it and can’t wait to go back again!

Amazing Overall

Great location, great scenery, great food, great living conditions, and most importantly, great hosts. Couldn’t recommend it more as it’s a great place at only a 5 min walk to the beach and a 15 min walk to the Seaside Square.

Perfect get away location

We have been to 30A many times as a family. This time it was just the two of us. Jim and Debbie are gracious hosts and the carriage house was perfect. Tastefully decorated, very clean and a great location. We like to visit the beach and Seaside but love to retreat to a quiet place for the evening. This fit our needs perfectly.

Amazing paradise

My guest and I enjoyed our stay, we had a one minor mishap and Jim was very prompt to answer and fix the issue. The place had everything we needed and was clean and beautifully decorated! Highly recommend this place.

Great Stay!

This place was perfect for my spouse and I. It was extremely nice and clean, just a short walk to the beach, and we really enjoyed riding the provided bikes to local spots to eat. Jim was a great host: super friendly and made us feel at home. We loved our stay here!

Perfect Getaway

Jim and Debbie’s carriage house was the perfect place to stay in Seagrove! My wife and I loved the newly renovated property, and proximity to all of the areas we wanted to visit.

Honeymoon

This was a perfect place for a honeymoon. Everything was so nice and clean and the owners made sure everything was okay and we didn’t need anything else. It’s in a super nice neighborhood and quiet but only a short walk to the beach. Definitely recommend this place to stay!
