Absolutely great!Josefina is the perfect host, always contactable and helpful. The apartment is more than perfect!The bed is comfortably, 1,40 x 2,00. Private parking on the same level. Direct Access to the beach. Nice balcony with panoramic view from Malaga over the sea to Sierra.

Great apartment & great location

Been to Torremolinos many times. This apartment is in the best location for both bars restaurants and shops. Nice room and fab views. You can hear the sea lapping the rocks at night. Gorgeous views of moonlit sea. Everything you need and a great hot shower. Recommended.

Perfect apartment, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Views are amazing. I worked remotely a few days there and i wish i could work remotely and live there! I video called my mum when i was there, she loved the look of the place so much that she booked it for June! Would definitely return

Beautiful Torremolinos

This property is situated in a perfect location between two beaches in Torremolinos, and provides a stunning (almost) 180-degree view of the Mediterranean. We enjoyed strolling past the beach cafes, sampling tapas and the espetos (sardines roasted over an open fire), and checking out the pedestrian center of town. We would love to return to this area and explore more of the nearby beach towns. Josefina was a very warm and gracious host, and we would definitely seek to rent her apartment again if and when the opportunity presents itself.

Excellent!

A fantastic studio in a perfect location. Josefina was not available to welcome us to the apartment but Josefina's daughter Marta called and did a great job explaining the locations and workings of the equipment etc. The only issue for me was that the air conditioning had to be paid for locally; as far as I can see, this is not mentioned in the property specifications (apologies if I missed it). However, we did not need to use it in the second week of our holiday, lessening the overall cost. Overall though I would thoroughly recommend this apartment and would definitely come again.

Im Appartement war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, sogar Stühle und Sonnenschirm für den Strand. Für Kaffeetrinker: Es ist ein italienischer Kaffeezubereiter vorhanden. Super Aussicht, bequemes Bett. Die Kommunikation mit Josefina war völlig problemlos. Vielen Dank

Il y a tout ce qu'y faut mais pas de chauffage quand il fait 5 degrés dehors, avec du vent.

Ce n'est pas une location pour le long terme (2 mois et demi dans mon cas) ni pour y écrire un livre comme je le voulais. Il fait froid et j'ai été malade. J'ai attendu 2 semaines pour obtenir un chauffage d'appoint car la propriétaire trouvait ça normal que je vive à 5 degrés sans chauffage! Il n'y a pas de vraie chaise, seulement des chaises de jardin. Et même avec un surmatelas sur le divan lit, j'ai eu mal au dos! En fait c'est très bien pour quelques jours quand on est toujours dehors mais pas pour y vivre. Pas d'aspirateur non plus!!

GREAT APARTMENT BUT ENTRANCE TO BEACH CLOSED

THIS IS A LOVELY VERY WELL EQUIPPED AND VERY CLEAN APARTMENT WITH A GREAT SEA VIEW IT IS IDEAL FOR 2 ADULTS OR 2 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN I DO NOT THINK IT WOULD BE VERY GOOD FOR 4 ADULTS AS THERE ARE BUNK BEDS. WE BOOKED FROM THE 24TH OF APRIL TO THE 5TH OF MAY. WE RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THE OWNER AT 7PM ON THE NIGHT PRIOR TO OUR FLIGHT AT 6 AM THE FOLLOWING MORNING TO SAY THE ENTRANCE TO THE BEACH AND PROMENADE WAS CLOSED DUE TO A LIFT BEING INSTALLED. WE HAD NO CHANCE OF CHANGING ACCOMMODATION AT THIS LATE STAGE SO WE WENT OUT THE FOLLOWING MORNING. THE OWNER JOSEFINA MET US AT THE APARTMENT IN THE EVENING AND SAID THAT YOU COULD GET TO THE BEACH AND PROMENADE BY WALKING ROUND AND GOING DOWN SOME STEPS. THIS IS CORRECT BUT THERE ARE SOME 60 OR SO STEEP STEPS OR A STEEP HILL TO GO DOWN, BUT IT WASN'T SO MUCH GOING DOWN AS COMING BACK UP CARRYING SHOPPING WATER ETC., WE ARE BOTH 67 AND WHILST WE ARE REASONABLY FIT WE FOUND IT EXHAUSTING. THERE IS A SUPERMARKET ON SITE BUT FOR ALL THE TIME WE WERE THERE IT WAS NOT OPEN ONCE, THERE IS ALSO A BAR ON SITE WHICH OPENED FOR 1 DAY ONLY. WHEN WE ARRIVED THE POOL WAS CLOSED AND DID NOT OPEN UNTIL THE 1ST OF MAY (4 DAYS BEFORE WE CAME HOME) AND THEN IT WAS ONLY OPEN FROM 12NOON UNTIL 5PM. ONCE THE LIFT IS INSTALLED THIS WILL BE AN IDEAL LOCATION, BUT HOW LONG IT IS GOING TO TAKE TO INSTALL WE DON'T KNOW. WE HAVE WRITTEN THIS REPORT BECAUSE WE FEEL THAT PEOPLE WHO HAVE BOOKED THE APARTMENT SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS, FINE IF YOU ARE YOUNG AND FIT BUT NOT IF YOU ARE GETTING ON IN YEARS.

Simply the Best!

We were looking for a centrally located apartment with a nice view. We found it! We stayed over a month and could not have asked for a better location. Steps from the beach and shops and just a few minutes walk to town. The apartment is just as it appears in pictures. Clean and well managed. It has all the amenities that you need and Josefina was a delight to deal with. Did I mention the view? Outstanding. When we return we'll be staying here for sure.
