In the secure domain of Pont Royal Golf, quiet, beautiful villa built in 2014, located on a landscaped plot enjoying a magnificent view of the Luberon.

This house with very high quality services offers spacious and bright volumes characterized by a pleasant and very functional decoration. It offers a living area of ​​approximately 160m².

On the ground floor, a kitchen 'Poivre d'Ane' hyper-equipped with a professional stove (Lacanche) with 5 induction hobs, two ovens and a griddle. In direct continuity with a large living room composed of a dining-room and lounge.

The floor serves three bedrooms sharing a bathroom / shower and separate toilet.

The exterior features a landscaped garden with 2 terraces, a very large live overlooking the swimming pool, part of which is covered and a second with a magnificent view of the Luberon. A swimming pool of 12 x 4m, equipped with a roller shutter, completely secure and heated by a heat pump. It is surrounded by an exotic wooden beach. All complemented with tables, chairs and sunbeds.

Top huis in prachtige omgeving

Wij verbleven met twee gezinnen in dit prachtige vakantiehuis. Het huis is gelegen op een mooi, rustig gelegen, aangelegd vakantie/golf domein. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, ruime keuken met goede apparatuur.het hoogtepunt is toch wel het prive zwembad. Wij hebben een leuke vakantie gehad. Genoten van het huis en de omgeving, er is veel te doen in de regio.

Un très chouette séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La maison est située au calme dans le magnifique Domaine du Pont Royal... à quelques kilomètres à peine de grandes surfaces. L'intérieur est très propre,aménagé avec goût et correspond tout à fait à la description . Seul bémol : les meubles de jardin sont assez inconfortables et des coussins, notamment pour les chaises longues , seraient bien utiles . Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.
