The house has a terrace and a pretty plot of 1000 m2 enclosed out of sight, all in a small, very quiet village. At the Porte du Morvan, with many visits to be made within 50 km (Morvan regional park, Bourbilly castle, Saulieu "Bernard Loiseau", La Pierre qui vire, Flavigny sur Ozerain, Semur en Auxois medieval town) and many activities (lake of St Agnan, water games, acrobranche park, cinema, golf, equestrian center, swimming pool, etc.)
Beyond 50 km you can visit Dijon the city of the Dukes of Burgundy, Beaune the city of wines, Vezelay and the Abbey of Fontenay which are part of the French heritage.
You will find 7 km from the house, a super market, a bakery, a cafe, a petrol pump, organic grocery, a pharmacy, etc.
