T2 ground floor apartment without N + 1, air conditioning, terrace, parking space, located 100m from the beach of Lac de Maubuisson, equipped kitchen, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, TV, 1 bedroom with twin beds, sofa bed 2 places in main room. Possibility to rent bikes. Ocean at 2km. Linen (sheets, towels) not provided. Pets not allowed. 4 people max. End of stay cleaning to be done or optional (80 €). Arrival between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m., departure between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. Deposit of 450 € (discount at the end of the stay after inventory).
