Gourmet kitchen, stocked with pots/pans, bake ware, Keruig Coffee machine, stainless steel appliances including full stove, microwave, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. Family friendly dish ware including plates, bowls, cups and cutlery for little ones. Bar stool seating for 3 in open kitchen concept. 55" 4k UHD SmartTV above a cozy gas fireplace. Countryside dining nook that seats 6-7. Half bathroom conveniently located upon entrance. Walk out balcony with views of Winter Park Mountain and the city.

SECOND FLOOR
Master Bedroom features comfy king size bed, wall mounted 43" 4k UHD Smart TV. Spacious closet, large windows with black out curtains that can be open or closed to majestic mountain and city views. Ensuite private bathroom with walk-in shower, make up mirror, hair dryer, shampoos & soaps. If you are traveling with family, we have a pack-n-play located in the master closet for your traveling convenience.

Second Bedroom features a full over full bunk bed for plenty of sleeping options. Black out curtains on large windows with fantastic mountain and city views.

Large second floor bathroom with walk-in shower, make up mirror, hair dryer, shampoos & soaps.

Bonus sleeping area includes twin over twin bunkbeds in hallway nook for even more sleeping options!

Great ski condo!

We loved our stay at the condo! It was very clean and spacious. My daughters (8 and 4) had plenty of room with the two sets of bunk beds and the beds were comfy. Kitchen was stocked with most essentials (would love to have had some cooking spray!) and the market right next door came in handy because most of the restaurants don’t do take out. Location was a short drive to the resort and there is a cute coffee shop (The Perk) downstairs in the same building. Overall 5🌟 and definitely would stay here again if we come back!

Father/daughter trip

My bestfriend and I decided to take our daughters on quick weekend ski trip. Winter Park has grown a ton since he and I were in college coming out here. The condo is in great location and was super! Highly recommend!

Cute, clean condo

This condo was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and more than enough space for the four of us. Owner was wonderful and so communicative. The only hiccups we experienced were related to street noise and transportation due to an apparent driver shortage. Would have been nice to know about that prior as we would have rented a car. Instead, we spent over an hour waiting at the resort for a bus back to the condo one afternoon and had multiple issues with lines not stopping at all the stops. Obviously not in the control of the owners here but did want to make others aware - location would be great if we had a car. Would also suggest packing your own pillows and a sound machine. The pillows left much to be desired (as is common in a rental - but for such a small expense why not upgrade?) and every morning about 5:45 we were woken up by a train followed by the sound of a bobcat shoveling snow in a nearby parking lot. All in all, we enjoyed this condo and would recommend it with the above caveats - bring a car, pillows and a sound machine and you’ll be set. ;)

Perfect getaway

This place was absolutely perfect for our wedding weekend. We were walking distance to everything we needed. It was very clean and the check in process with the use of the app was easy. We couldn’t have been happier.

Brand new very clean spacious condo right across street from ski shuttle

Condo feels brand new, very clean, with bedrooms upstairs and a nice sitting area/kitchen downstairs. Spacious and right across the street from the ski shuttle that runs from downtown winter park to the ski resort. Close walking distance to restaurants and bars. We had a great time will be coming back to this property because it is clean and has great access to skiing and the town.
