This spacious condo offers a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining area, and a cozy living room with an open floor plan and a wood-burning fireplace. Out front, relax and enjoy the wooded view from your porch.

This condo boasts a great location within a half-mile of Snow Summit. Enjoy skiing in the winter and ziplines and scenic lifts in the spring and summer. Spend a day at The Village Mall, which offers shopping, dining options, and plenty of local entertainment. The Big Bear Discovery Center is just three and a half miles away and offers (seasonal) day and evening hikes, concerts, and helpful visitor information. Big Bear Lake has boat, kayak, and canoe rentals throughout the area. You'll also find parks and walking, bike, and off-road driving trails within five miles of this condo.

Things to Know

A 4x4 or tire chains are required to access this property during the snow season.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Great spot for a family getaway

The location of the house was amazing and it was very spacious. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend this location for a quick getaway. The only negatives I would point out are: 1. The dishes could have used a better cleaning. 2. The kitchen could use an overall redo on all small appliance and pots and pans. Toaster only works on one side and lots of the pots and pans were half broken and missing tops 4. We only had two rolls of toilet paper left for us for 3 nights 3. A 10am check out is far too early.

Juste génial !

Nous étions une famille de 10 personnes. Dès que nous sommes arrivés, nous n'étions pas très attiré par l'extérieur de la maison, mais l'intérieur nous a émerveillé. Avantage : l'intérieure de la maison est très spacieux, la cuisine est très complète avec les couverts, les casseroles, savon vaisselle, plastiques poubelles, torchon, four, micro-ondes, un grands réfrigérateur etc. La salle de bain, très complète, savon, serviettes de bain de qualité, papier toilette. Les chambres comme à l'hôtel, couettes et beaucoup de coussins. La machine à laver et le sèche linge étaient très pratique durant notre séjour. Le salon hyper confortable avec une cheminée. Il y a aussi, un barbecue à gaz. Inconvénient : lorsque vous prenez votre bain, ne pas faire tourner la machine à laver sinon vous risquez de vous baigner à l'eau froide. La salle de bain du bas, impossible de prendre son bain car pas de pression. Pas de jardin, nous avons fait notre barbecue juste à l'entrée de la maison. La maison est mitoyenne, donc il y a des horaires à respecter pour ne pas déranger les voisins. Nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison. La maison est tellement confortable que nous avons pas fait attention aux inconvénients. La maison est très bien située juste derrière le Carl's JR et à 1 minute de la station de ski.
