Nice vacation rental

The house was comfortable, clean and welcoming. It's nestled on a cul-de-sac in a nice, quiet neighborhood not far at all from the main street or the lake. I loved that it was pet friendly, so my two small dogs were able to enjoy the weekend getaway with us. The host was very friendly and communicative, even going as far as to message mid-way through my stay to make sure everything was going great. I don't live too far from Big Bear, but this was a nice little vacation during the Holiday weekend. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful trip to big bear. The house was very spacious and close to all attractions. I was a little nervous after reading the reviews about the master bed. We arrived and found it is a sleep number! That was a fun surprise. Thank you to the house managers Kenny and Bob. Everything was wonderful.

Nice getaway

Good location and size. Master bath very nice and kitchen well stocked. Instructions on tv and internet use would have been helpful. Some windows won't stay open. Needs plug for kitchen sink and kitchen towels.

Everything we expected. Nothing hidden. Owners and property company were on top of everything.

Only suggestion would be to update the master bed (mattress). At least new sheets and bed cover.

Beautiful home

The house was nice but not as nice as the others around it. Location was good. The one complaint that I have was that the Master bed was very hard. I mean woke up with a stiff back hard. Other than that not a bad place.
