There are a lot of average rentals available in this area, however, with our unit, you are renting a 'Home' not just a condo or townhouse. Please read our fabulous reviews below! Our 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath(upstairs) unit is beautifully furnished & very well equipped. We supply you with Free High-Speed Internet (100 Mbps), FREE unlimited Local & Nationwide as well, as long-distance calls to Canada & Mexico. Warmly decorated with accent lights, that gives you a 'Mountain Feeling'. 20-foot stone gas fireplace with enclosed, easy-to-operate timer & blower, granite countertops, hotel quality carpeting & ‘black-out’ drapes. Our well-stocked kitchen is supplied with everything you would need to make any kind of dinner. A gas grill is located on the deck outside also.

Serene setting. Nestled by the trees and adjacent to the National Forest and the NEWLY designed ‘Snow Summit Adventure Park' at Snow Summit Mountain Resort’! This mountain condo is located almost in Snow Summit's parking lot, just feet away from your front door. This means that in the Winter when you wake up and it snows all night, you just pick up your skis, put on your boots, walk to the main lodge, and spend the day skiing! No shoveling, no snow chains, or frustration needed. Just a day of fun and pleasure!
In the Summer you can walk to the Scenic Sky Chair or the Bike Park'. You can also take one of the many hiking trails or numerous Mountain Biking Trails. Big Bear Lake is only a 1/2 mile down the street - with the swim beach, boat rentals, or Lake Tours. Access into your mountain condo is level from the driveway to the front door. Much less chance of slipping and sliding. If you are bringing in groceries or luggage, you have approximately 50 feet to your front door. You are only 2.5 miles from the village with movie theaters, many restaurants, and lots of shopping.

Fun on the slopes!

This is a really nice, clean, cozy condo. It was very comfortable and we will definitely try to stay here again! The location can't be beat! It's walking distance to the slopes and not too far from downtown.

Great skiing spot!

Cozy and comfortable- very soft sheets and comfortable beds. Very close to Summit Ski resort (you can walk and access through the complex!). Kitchen well stocked with anything you need to cook. We will definitely be back to ski again!Note: Master is open to living area below and 2nd bedroom no longer has bunkbed- 1 Queen & 1 Full, which completely worked for us.

Comfortable and walking distance to Snow Summit

This is my second time at this property. Very comfortable with all the necessary amenities, responsive owner, and ease of access to Snow Summit (I.e., save on parking) and close to restaurants. Looking forward to our next visit

Perfect place for a few days of skiing. Located right next to Snow Summit. Vicki was super responsive and accommodating. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed!

Great location

Being able to walk to the lifts was great. No need to fight for parking or wait to catch the shuttle. The condo is literally steps away from Snow Summit. It was great!

Great condo

Had a rainy ski week so spent more time in the condo than usual. Very nice decor and amenities, close to mountain (walking distance) and a five minute drive from the main shopping / restaurant area. Easy check in and out.

Great Stay to Ski

Condo was clean and was exactly as advertised. All appliances worked and the gas fireplace was very easy to operate. Condo area was very quiet and very safe. Vons grocery store only 5 min away and if you ski down the bunny slope/lessons area you can get within 200 feet of condo for an easy walk back for lunch, ect. Would highly recommend this property while staying in a Big Bear!!

Great location but picture on Vrbo needs to be changed.

The location was awesome, minutes walk to Snow Summit. The condo provides cooking spices and olive oil which was great! However amenities weren’t exactly as promised. We didn’t have the bbq grill and a few dishes and pots were found dirty. The dish washer was old and might not cleaned well. The pictures of the second bedroom needs to be changed out. Picture showed a bunk bed with a full size bed. But we only saw 2 full beds in the second bedroom. Overall it was fine.

Annual Big Bear Get away

Host stayed in contact at all times. Available at all times. Very sincere about our stay and making sure all went well and we enjoyed our time. The place worked out great, and was very comfortable and accommodating for 5 adults. So close to slopes just a walk away. No need to be inconvenienced with taking and picking party at the slopes. Thank you for a very pleasant stay at your place.

Location, location

We walked or took the free trolley to the village and other attractions. The unit is next to Snow Summit which has great hikes, the Sky chair, and is a trolley stop. Immediate response from the property manager. The unit is clean and quiet. And well stocked with cleaning supplies and every kitchen appliance, including blender, juicer, and coffee grinder.

Bluebird snowboarding adventure

The property is exactly as described. The master has an open loft. I love that there are two bathrooms. It was older, but very clean!!! You cannot beat the location. I walked back and forth from the condo to Snow Summit within five minutes for food, little breaks etc. It was so nice to have breakfast and lunch at the condo, then we had dinners out. The neighbors we met were all very nice. Vicki was very communicative and nice via messaging. We did not have one problem. I seriously could not have asked for a better trip. Thank you so much. We can't wait to come back.

We purchased this property because we lived in Grand Terrace at the time and this was only 75 minutes from our home. We found that some of our friends and extended family were interested in longer stays for work or vacation purposes; something that allowed them a larger space and cooking facilities that a Hotel did not offer.

Why they chose this property

It is close to all Southern California Metropolitan areas as well as the desert Palm Springs Area. The big attraction of course is the close proximity to the Snow Summit Mountain Resort for both Winter & Summer outdoor activities. Although we are in a condominium (townhouse) project, it is extremely quiet here in the Summer.

What makes this property unique

This mountain two story Townhouse has been completely upgraded and is located almost in Snow Summit's parking lot, just feet away from your front door. This means that if you wake up and it snowed all night, you just pick up your skis, put on your boots and walk to the main lodge and spend the day skiing! No shoveling, no snow chains or frustration needed. Just a day of fun and pleasure.
