Sitting within steps to the Boulder Bay Park and lake access your group will sit conveniently within minutes to local ski resorts, grocery stores, marinas, and the downtown Village shops for dining and entertainment. Furnished with your vacation stay in mind you will find all that you need for a memorable vacation here at Boulder Bay.
Entering your condo you are greeted with a spacious master suite, complete with a private patio and full bath, you will love sipping your first cup of coffee in the mornings out here on the cute patio. Down the hall you will find the cozy and warm living room area, complete with a sliding glass door to the other patio deck, you will love this location. The equipped kitchen offers the chef of your group all that you need to prepare your home cooked meals, oak cabinets are stocked full with cookware and utensils while stainless appliances and a dishwasher are provided for your ultimate convenience. The dining table and breakfast bar stools offer ample sitting for your meals while the BBQ is a great way to grill up your dinner.
The guest bedroom and bathroom are located here off of the kitchen area, all are made up for your visit with warm linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh shower towels. Boulder Creek Resort offers wonderful year round amenities including a fantastic lakeside location, onsite trash removal and local transit options, plus a summertime community pool and hot tub to add to your experience. This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.
We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
