Our Cabin in the Woods - Big Bear Relaxing Retreat w/ Hot Tub
Welcome to Our Cabin in the Woods- this is the perfect getaway chalet for a family or group of friends looking to experience the best of Big Bear any time of the year. Centrally located within a quick car ride to local activities and boasting all that you will need for relaxing and creating memories under the stars including a fun foosball table and your own private hot tub, your group will love your visit here at our cozy cabin in the woods.
Snuggle up on the plush sectional sofa as you warm your toes in front of the fireplace and pop on a movie on the flat screen TV or challenge each other at a game of foosball conveniently located under the staircase. Around the corner the equipped kitchen and dining room area offers everything you need to prepare home cooked meals and snacks for your adventures out on the lake including cookware and stainless-steel appliances. Enjoy easy access to the lower-level bedroom while both sleeping quarters are located upstairs along with an added bathroom and private balcony off of one of the rooms- perfect for reading a book or sipping your coffee in the mornings.
Outside this mountain oasis allows you to be at one with nature, boasting a great patio area and enclosed private hot tub just outside the kitchen patio slider, you will love soaking your muscles here and unwinding after a fun day out on the mountain. Located just below Bear Mountain Resort in what is known as the Moonridge area, you have quick and easy access to local coffee and donut shops, ski resort shuttles, golf, and the Big Bear Zoo just outside your cabin door. Hop in the car and you are within ten minutes to the grocery store, marina, and Village shops- this truly is an unbeatable cabin in the woods no matter the season you choose to visit!

Our team offers 24/7 support along with local on site offices and experience packages.
Big Bear GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY is enforced at all times during your stay and includes removing trash from the property to local trash sites, washing dishes to alleviate wild animals being attracted to neighborhoods. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, No Over Occupancy, No Loud Music, and No Street Parking is allowed in Big Bear homes at any time. This policy along with a rental agreement will be emailed to you immediately after booking and is REQUIRED by the City of Big Bear Lake for all rentals in Big Bear. If found in violation of these policies guests will be visited by staff and Code Enforcement officers who may or may not issue fines or evictions to the violating party members. No Smoking is allowed in any Big Bear homes.

Winter Snow & Parking- During winter months the driveways, steps, porches, decks, and other outdoor areas at your property may not be accessible due to snow or ice. Our teams are on fixed routes for snow and work alongside city and county resources to clear roads, driveways, walkways etc. Guests should be prepared in winter months to shovel themselves in or out of the property and off of the street in these snowstorm events. As there is no street parking allowed in Big Bear it is extremely important that guests make every attempt to get vehicles off the street for the snowplows. California Law requires that vehicles traveling to Big Bear from November thru April have snow chains in their vehicles however we also recommend proper footwear, an emergency kit, and an extra snow shovel.

Service Animals Are Welcome!
California Penal Code: (a) Any person who knowingly and fraudulently represents himself or herself, through verbal or written notice, to be the owner or trainer of any canine licensed as, to be qualified as, or identified as, a guide, signal, or service dog, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six month, by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both that fine and imprisonment.
Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA.
Though individually owned and decorated all homes will be equipped with clean linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy of your property. Each home has a full kitchen with basic pots, pans, dishes, and a small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Your home will not be supplied with paper towels, coffee filters or coffee, specialty kitchen items or appliances, condiments or oils, bathrooms soaps or lotions and hair dryers.
There is no Pay-Per-View access or Ordering of Viewing options in any of our Big Bear homes.
No refunds or credits will be made for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, TV or other equipment factors beyond our control.
Big Bear is a mountain community located in a deep forest which is also home to many forest critters. Common animals or insects that you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects every home prior to your arrival but cannot guarantee that the home will be free of these forest animals or pests.
Big Bear Vacations reserves the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
