Excellent stay! The strange loft with no ladder but with blankets/pillow/ water bottles/medicine bottle were a little distracting but did not really affect us so it shouldn't lessen the rating. The check in and check out process were easy. Responsiveness also was key to good rating.

Glad to hear you had an excellent stay! We appreciate your feedback about the loft and will review it to ensure it aligns with the guest experience we aim to provide. It's great to know that check-in, check-out, and responsiveness met your expectations. Thanks for staying with us!
Great property. Great location. Wish we didn’t have to check in at the property management office prior to getting to the house. That extra step when traveling is a big inconvenience. But the process was still very simple.

Beautiful Cabin
We spent the weekend in big bear with 3 of our other couple friends looking for a quick end if the year getaway. We didn't expect much but we were pleasantly surprised by all the cabin had to offer. incredibly spacious, clean, fully stocked kitchen, and pretty much all you need for a weekend escape. however, you are very close to the neighbor on the right -- you share a driveway with them separated by half of a gate and your front doors face each other ,

Good location
Property close to lifts, big dining table for fun family dinners.
Internet, sink, thermostat all needed repair/batteries but maintenance was super helpful.
Room with “queen and twin” … not so much. Very small pull out cot situation that was not a full twin and not comfortable at all. I wouldn’t consider it for an adult.
Kitchen well stocked, we snow boarded hard and ate harder. Good trip overall!

Good cabin, weird owner
Rental agreement and check-in/out is convoluted. Had to drive to the rental agency just for them to send me an email with the lockbox code. Not a big deal, but this should be streamlined to eliminate the extra 10 minute drive. The neighbor (owner of the property) served as the unofficial parking police for the property and was consistently seen on his porch watching us in the home.

The House needs work. It seems like a party house for big groups of young adults. Unfinished trim work showing exposure to the outside. Broken drawer in the bathroom. Broken chair in the downstairs bedroom. Could be improved with some additional basics (baking sheets, etc). None of this is VRBO's fault, but the owner should address.

Absolutely stunning view with beautiful front deck!
We had a small group of friends stay here for a golf trip and the place was immaculate. Perfect dining area both views on the golf course and mountains as well as a large front deck to have coffee on. Couldn’t be happier and will be staying here many more times.
