By city law I am required to do an in-person check-in. The person who booked the reservation must be present at the time of check-in and have a valid, matching I.D. We are also required to read you through Big Bear's "Good Neighbor Policy" with a signature of acknowledgment to follow. Myself or my associate with reach out to you the day of arrival and coordinate a time to meet at the cabin for check-in. Again, this is per city requirements.
♻️ TRASH ♻️
Big Bear does not provide trash services. You are required to haul your trash to one of the cities dump stations upon departure. There are two locations:

If you leave your trash behind, you will be charged $25 for the first bag and $15 per bag after that.
🔌 INTERNET 🔌
BE ADVISED: It is common for Big Bear to lose internet service and/or have power outages. This can happen during bad winter storms, very heavy winds and even vehicles crashing into power lines. To view the cities repair status and estimated time, please look online or you can contact me and I can check for you.
☀️ SUMMER ☀️
There is no a/c. Ceiling fans available for use and keeping the windows open will help the heat escape as well. A baby gate is located in the bedroom closet should you want to prop it in the front/back door and enjoy the fresh mountain air.
