We were only at the cabin for 2 days but we had a great family trip and really enjoyed the coziness. There were a couple of issues with TV and Coffee maker not working and the property managers showed up and resolved very quickly. Great location!

The list of restrictions is longer than the road to Big Bear. Charges for everything. Cabin for 5 with 3 glasses, 3 forks (then they fix it) no dishwasher, no tea pod. Extremely high deposit was hold for a two weeks after vacation. Water in hot tube was apple juice color and no canopy on the terrace to hide from the rain. Towels is old with protruding threads. After checkout, all furniture must be in its place, otherwise you will be fined. You must take out the trash (~3 miles away), otherwise you will be fined, unwashed dishes - fine. If you don’t clean up BBQ- fine. The heater can't be set above 72 Fahrenheit so the host can save money, which is why we had to sit in our clothes. Pros: friendly host and cheap firewood for the fireplace, which if you don't clean up, you'll be fined.
We enjoyed the house a lot. Stephanie was the best, very friendly, the house very clean, the beds comfortable. Definitely we will come back. Thank you!
The property was wonderful. The house was clean and put together well. The back yard had space to sit and relax. Nice balcony that faces the trees with no behind neighbors. Everything was in working order, and the kitchen had both a regular coffee pot and Keurig. We brought a fan for air circulation, as there was only a heater (mountain standard). Great cabin. Would definitely stay again.
This property was just as listed. The cabin was very cute, clean, and so comfy! Ed and Pam were excellent hosts, we had slight trouble initially getting into our cabin but they addressed the issue ASAP and offered us extra time on our last day. The provided us with some great spots to check out around town and made our stay as easy as possible.
Cabin was wonderful. Had everything you could ask for. Stayed with my husband, daughter and parents and there was plenty of room... back patio was great for sitting outside.. already thinking about our next trip and will stay again if available
This property was clean and in a beautiful, convenient location. It's a short drive to shopping, village, both resorts and the lake. The backyard is gated and private with a nice hot tub. I will definitely stay here again.

Cozy cabin in a very convenient location
This was a great place to stay for our short trip to Big Bear. It's convenient to the Alpine Zoo, both nearby ski areas, the Big Bear Boulevard strip of restaurants and stores, and the lake itself. It was very clean and well-maintained with wifi and other amenities.

Charming and super convenient. We really enjoyed the hot tub and all the amenities.
Very nice cabin and close to everything. Surprisingly private for its location. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the equipped kitchen. The heat was great even though we didn't use the fireplace. Property manager Ed really went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and kept us updated on the road conditions. We missed the first night because the roads were closed, but we were really happy with the way Ed made it up to us. Also, we were pleasantly surprised when the owner Fernando showed up in the evening to shovel out the driveway which had a buildup of snowy ice. Thanks everyone for making it a great trip even though we missed a night. We were just slightly frustrated when we couldn't figure out how to change the sound dubbing on the pay channels for english, but we needed sleep anyway after a long day of skiing. Super comfy beds!
