The space
This is a large 2-bedroom house, with sleeping arrangements to host up to 10 guests, making it perfect for large families or groups. The house is completely private, and you’ll have access to all areas including the backyard and garden. One of the bedrooms is equipped with two spacious queen-size beds, ideal for two couples or for the kids to share a room and enjoy their nights together. The other bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and a twin bed as well, so a family of three will fit perfectly here. At the common areas you’ll also find a queen-size sofa bed, and another twin bed, so, definitely, everyone will have their own space to sleep comfortably. All of our linens, mattresses, and pillows are of the best quality, to provide you with the most delicious nights of sleep. The house also has 2 fully equipped bathrooms that you can access from each of the bedrooms or from the separate entrance outside, with toiletries included such as soap, toilet paper, towels and shampoo. But the living room is also quite large, and there you’ll find a second big and comfortable couch located in front of the fireplace, to simply sit and warm up in a cool night with some hot chocolate, or to stare at the beautiful view through the glass tempered doors. The kitchen is attached to this area, spacious and fully packed with all the necessary implements to cook delicious meals. It includes a toaster, oven, coffee maker, stove, fridge, microwave, all the kitchenware and tableware. A kitchen bar with four stools and a dining table that serves for 6 are also located in this area, making it the perfect spot to share a meal as a family. However, the greatest part of the house is that glass tempered windows and doors are all around, so, besides making it really bright, it also gives you the possibility to enjoy breathtaking views practically from all areas of the house, whether it is sitting at the rocking chairs, at the couch in the living room, or even lying down in your bed at the bedrooms. Now, if you are looking for true outdoor experience, step out to the deck, equipped with table and chairs, ideal to enjoy breakfast at, to have your morning coffee or afternoon tea, or even to share some drinks at night, everything with a view.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and can also enjoy the backyard and garden. A large flat screen TV is located in the kitchen/living room area, with Netflix, so you can enjoy a fun movie or your favorite shows along with some popcorns and candies. And, if you are coming for business, there is a desk with an comfortable chair for you to place your laptop and get to work, great WIFI, and Iron for your clothes in case you need to use it.

The hosts were welcoming. The view and hot tub cannot be beat. Conveniently located. The beds could be updated, but didn’t detract from the overall experience and trip.
We had the best stay here, plenty of room for our family of 8. We enjoyed family meals, and a dip in the hot tub with amazing views. Hosts were great and took care in the details (extra toiletries in the bath room, extra bedding and coffee). Will stay again!
The house was clean and the grounds were very well maintained. It was so nice to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning with that view, and to relax at night in the big hot tub. The pictures don’t do the view justice! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! The host was also very quick to reply to questions, and made the check in and check out process seamless.
We stayed here four nights and explored Sedona and the Grand Canyon. This home is perfectly located, close to everything, but in a quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed and lots of extra bedding and towels were available. The kitchen was well stocked with a nice gas range. We especially loved the view from the couch and watched cardinals and bunnies in the morning!
We had an amazing stay at this perfect location. The hosts were accessible and kind. They even left us a house warming gift. The hot tub was an indulgent plus on the chilly nights. We highly recommend this property for those wanting to get the most out of a stay in Sedona.
My family (2 adults, 2 children) spent two wonderful nights at this cozy, well-appointed home in Sedona. The views off the back porch were simply stunning and could be enjoyed from the clean, ready to use hot tub as well. Beds were comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed and more. The hosts provided many small details, including a thorough guidebook of the area, that were very helpful. The neighborhood is VERY quiet, which we enjoyed. I would love to return someday and would highly recommend!
My wife and I stayed for a week and it was wonderful. Amazing views of the Red rocks from the house. Wonderful! Floor-to-ceiling windows in some of the rooms. Fantastic quiet neighborhood away from the touristy area but still in town. Great location for hiking as a lot of the best hikes are in West Sedona. Really enjoyed the dark skies at night and looking at the stars from the back deck. Loved the layout of the house. The owner communicated with us throughout our stay.
The views from the house were fantastic as was the location. Hot tub was good. The key pad entry was difficult to get the door unlocked, deck is a safety issue due to several unstable loose boards, musty smell in the home. All in all nice just needs some things addressed.

Hello Jeff, thanks again for staying with us. Sorry for some inconvenience, loose boards on deck were repaired thank you for bring it to our attention also addressed smell issue to cleaning crew.
We really enjoyed staying at Khrystyna’s house. The furnishings were comfortable, the views were amazing and we loved the hot tub. Khrystyna kept in contact with me and was very responsive. I think the best part about the house was it’s location. Traffic in downtown Sedona during the evenings and weekend was not great, but the house was right outside of the traffic jams which made it easy to get too. All major hikes were about 15 minutes or less away. Lots of food options were close by too.
This home was beautiful. The pictures really don't do it justice. The views are breath taking. The home had plenty of beds and extra bedding. This home definitely helped me to recharge spiritually, mentally, and physically. My favorite part of our trip was experiencing the thunderstorm. There are so many windows and even a skylight in the master bathroom it was peacefull watching the rain drop. Thank you! It was money well spent!
This place is EXACTLY as pictured: beautiful views, lots of space, great kitchen. I stayed with my husband and a good friend but there would have been plenty of room for more. The place is extremely convenient to the main roads in Sedona, but feels remote and private. The hot tub at sunset was glorious. Host is a great communicator, obviously experienced and thoughtful, and there were many touches around the house that made it feel welcoming (such as extra phone chargers, toiletries in the bathroom, laundry detergent available etc.) I would gladly go back again tomorrow!

Lawren, it was my pleasure to host your visit. Glad you and your group liked everything and had wonderful time surrounded by Red Rocks views. Look forward to host you again in the future!
Incredible view, quiet, comfortable and has nice Sedona vibe.
The view is tremendous and the house was comfortable and quiet. We spent a good amount of time on the deck and in hot tub enjoying the view. The house is in a great location. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The house is well decorated for Sedona and has some of the owners beautiful artwork is on display. The kitchen was well appointed we cooked most of our meals here and ate out on the deck. What to improve: One bed was squeaky and the layout was a little quirky as you had to pass through a bathroom to get to one of the bedrooms. There is a door to get outside from the bedroom, but a keypad lock on this door would help. This was a minor annoyance that we could live with for a few days. We would absolutely stay in this lovely house again.
Let me say that this owner should give classes. The house was very clean, as described. The little things that were here like a tips and toothbrush’s and extra disposable razors. It just made it feel more like home and soooo comfortable. We had a minor glitch with a coffee maker and it was replaced within an hour. Anytime I asked a question an hour did not go by on an answer. If your in Sedona stay here it’s perfect.
The view is amazing! The place was clean, beds were comfortable. I loved the artwork in the house.
I didn't realize it was a shared driveway with another house, so from the front, I was a little concerned. But once inside and outside the back, it is very private.
I had a little trouble cooking in the kitchen because the pots and pans didn't seem to have lids that fit well. The knives were good, which is usually not the case at a rental!
The floors in the bedrooms were odd, but it wasn't a huge deal.
Check in and out we're super easy!
We had a great 5 day stay - views from the house are just incredible from both inside and outside. The kitchen was set up very well and we were able to cook great meals every night. Beds were very comfortable as was the couch, very quiet neighborhood, and nice to use the hot tub every evening to soak after hiking. Would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Sedona.
We were very pleased with the house we rented while in Sedona. The house was nice in a quiet neighborhood, and it met all needs. The view from the back deck was amazing and we enjoyed sitting there pretty much anytime of day.
