Due to COVID-19, we hire professionals cleaner to clean after each guest.
Furnished Legal basement Parson creek area.
It has 2 TV's 65", full kitchen stainless steel appliances (Oven/range), large fridge, microwave, and all kitchen dishes and flatware included with granite counter separate Washer dryer. It has a dining area with a Living room and a good size of bedroom with a closet, cable TV and wireless network electronic keypad entry
Close to High Way, Site Suncor, Syncrude, and CNRL bus. 10 min to Downtown.
You have access to a side entrance with a key-less entry lock, so you can come and go as you please.
No walking with shoes in the stairs and house, this helps to keep our floor in good shape.

If you like staying under a trailer trash family that beats their kids and stomps around 5am to 11pm while stinking the place up with marijauana then this is your place. Share heating and no sound proofing. Don’t get me started about the cleanliness of the bathroom.
