Welcome to Villa Areca Palm a luxury villa in an idyllic setting.



This elegant and refined villa is ideal for a family.



The parental suite, has its private bathroom and opens on the terrace, two other rooms share a bathroom. They will seduce you with their harmonious style. The third bedroom upstairs has its own dressing room and bathroom. All rooms are air conditioned.



The living room is spacious and modern and features a sofa, TV and DVD player. You will have access to free and secure wifi throughout the villa. Books are also at your disposal so that each moment of relaxation is a pleasure and a discovery.



The American kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils to make the meals of your desires. The utility room, adjoining the kitchen, has a washing machine, a dryer and a freezer.



Outside, the layout is perfect, the terrace with sunbathing, outdoor lounge and barbecue is ideal for sharing moments with friends or family.



The private pool surrounded by a Creole garden allow you to bask in the Caribbean sun.



For your comfort, the villa Areca Palm is equipped with an alarm and a safe.

Villa: it's clean, modern, well-equipped The staff was very helpful The location is peaceful There was some confusion because the staff was mistaken about our check-out date, which lead to unnecessary waiting on our part.

We loved everything about Areca palm. The pool, the view, the smell of the flowers. It was heaven. We had four small children staying with us and they fit in perfectly. A bed and a crib were provided no problem. Sandra and the staff were such amazing people, and I miss them already! I cant say enough good things about palm villas. The pool and grill was perfect. We grilled out and swam in the pool after long days at the beach pretty much every night!! We LOVED having the hiking trail at the bottom of the culdesac. Take advantage of it, the views are spectacular. We will be coming back to Martinique again next year as we have fallen in love with this paradise and it’s warm and welcoming people!!!! None

Villa superbe pour un sejour de rêve

La villa est idealement située face à la mer. Elle offre tout le confort pour un séjour en famille et amis. Les chambres sont trés agréables et fonctionnelles, L'aménagement de la cuisine est parfaite. La terrasse et sa piscine privative nous ont permis de passer un séjour de rêve. Nous y étions "comme à la maison", les prestations (pour nous repas traiteur) et l'accueil d'Anaïs en plus. Les petites attentions lors de notre arrivée ont été appréciées, La tranquillité de la résidence est également à souligner. Aucune idée

Plaisir du charme absolu et de la modernité confortable pour un séjour inoubliable

Tout commence par un accueil très chaleureux, souriant, disponible et sympathique ! Puis on apprécie le confort parfait de l'aménagement intérieur et des espaces spacieux : séjour comme cuisine (très bien équipée) et chambres avec excellente literie. La grande terrasse couverte est aménagée comme un deuxième espace de vie, avec salon et salle à manger. C'est idéal quand on a des enfants car on peut les surveiller jouant dans la piscine ! Beau et grand jardin tropical, très bien entretenu, visité par les colibris. Le charme est total, y compris dans le mobilier et les objets de décoration, sobres et de bon goût. Tout est pensé pour le confort et l'agrément dont on profite en plus dans le calme absolu d'une résidence privée et avec une belle vue mer. Cela ne dépend pas de vous mais la portion de chemin chaotique pour parvenir à la villa pourrait être améliorée !
