This Oceanfront freshly painted efficiency condo is on the 1st floor above the lobby at Star of the Sea. The same level as the pool. King size Murphy bed with a new mattress in 2019 and queen size sofa bed. Updated bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with a new refrigerator. New carpet. Updated balcony furniture. Outdoor pool/Sundeck. Fun Park, miniature golf, bike rentals all within walking distance as are many restaurants and shops. Keyed entrance to building. Onsite laundry facilities. Parking garage underneath the building off of Brooklyn Street and outside parking deck off of Laurel Street. Two elevators. Free wireless internet. On-site manager. The beach and boardwalk are right outside. Relax on the private balcony and enjoy spectacular views. Linens are not included Pillows, Blankets, Sheets and Towels. Credit card payments are accepted providing the guest pays the 2.8% credit card surcharge.
RENTALS FOR LESS THEN A WEEK WILL BE CHARGE A $90.00 CLEANING FEE
During the off season (Labor Day to Memorial Day) Unit Owners could be renovating their units there will be noise.
