This Oceanfront colorful efficiency condo is on the 7th floor of Star of the Sea. Queen size Murphy bed and queen size sofa bed. Fully equipped remodeled kitchen. Outdoor pool/Sundeck. Fun park, miniature golf, bike rentals all within walking distance as are many restaurants and shops. Keyed entrance to building. Onsite laundry facilities. Parking garage underneath the building off of Brookland Street and outside parking deck off of Laurel Street. Two elevators. Free wireless internet. On-site manager. The beach and boardwalk are right outside. Relax on the private balcony and enjoy spectacular views. Three night rentals during low and shoulder season are subject to Owner approval. Bikes are not included with this unit.
Credit card payments are accepted providing the guest pays the 2.8% credit card surcharge.
RENTALS FOR LESS THEN A WEEK WILL BE CHARGE A $90.00 CLEANING FEE
During the off season(Labor Day to Memoria Day) the building will be conducting renovations which consist of replacing the rear walkway railings, re-surfacing the rear parking lot and repairs will be going on in the garage. Unit Owners could be renovating their units.

Excellent experience.

I can't say enough good things about this unit. The location, the view! Very well equipped for eating in. Unit was as advertised-clean and nicely appointed. I was a little concerned about the Murphy bed, but it was very comfortable. It's a studio, so no separate bedroom, but my husband and I didn't feel cramped at all. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Oceanfront Studio

We LOVED our stay at Star of the Sea! The view from the oceanfront balcony is spectacular. The unit was simply and beautifully decorated and configured to feel spacious. the location right on the boardwalk made everything from restaurants to shoppping super convenient. Our new home away from home!
