Experience our 2022 fully renovated studio condo. located in an 11 unit building at Maryland Avenue and 1st Street. The heart of fine dining and shopping in Rehoboth Beach. kid in Accommodations include a queen Murphy bed with 2 side closets and drawers. 2 reclining twin futons, fully equipped kitchen, 3- piece luxury bathroom plus hair dryer, smart TV with Cable/DVD player and wifi. Most comfortably accommodates up to two adults and two children - ask owners for more details Enjoy sitting on the deck off the front, or the balcony off the back. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer convection/ toaster oven combo, grind & brew and Kuerig coffee makers, cookware, dishes/utensils, and barware. Basic items are provided for your initial convenience, including hand soap, dish soap, roll of paper towels and toilet paper, and trash bags. A small collection of books, games, and movies also provided for your entertainment. PLEASE NOTE that you must provide your own bed and bath linens. One parking spot out front - #208.

This Rehoboth Beach condo is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk. The condo is clean and the decor is beautiful. We’ve stayed in this condo multiple times, and we will not hesitate to book again!

The studio apartment was beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you need and Dan and David were wonderful with all their communications! We just parked when we got there and walked everywhere! Short 2 minute walk to the beach and to the main drag with all the restaurants! Perfect location for a Fall Best Friend's getaway! Loved the new Cuisinart Brew coffee maker for our morning coffee before a walk around the neighborhood! Highly recommend this property for 2 Guests!’

We loved the property. It was smaller than we thought, but beautiful! We are in our 70’s and had some difficulty with the Murphy bed and moving the furniture. It looked larger in the pictures.Thanks for your hospitality!Donna and Irene

It was clean and thoughtfully equipped. However, I don’t feel the online info adequately described the space. I was surprised that the only bed was the Murphy bed. It was definitely a space barely big enough for two people. I also didn’t realize it was on the second floor. Nice space but description needs to be more accurate to the space.

Sweet little place

This is a convenient and sweet little studio apt. The murphy bed is comfortable, but the space is small. It is ideal for one person and can accommodate 2.

Off season get away!

My daughter and I spend a lovely two days at this property. It was beautiful and comfortable. The hosts prepared us perfectly and were very communicative. The location is perfectly situated to the beach, shops and dining. We enjoyed meals at DiFebo’s and Henlopen Oyster House!!

Wonderful place, walking distance to the boardwalk, beach and Rehoboth Avenue. The unit was clean and had a great kitchen, kitchen supplies, spices and condiments, if you plan to cook at all at the place. The listing states the unit sleeps 4. There were 3 of us and it was very tight, so consider that. I'd happily go back to stay in the future.

The condo location was perfect! It was a lovely short walk to the beach and boardwalk. My sister and I were very impressed with how quiet it was at night. The neighborhood was tidy and fun to explore. The condo was clean, cozy and charming and provided us with everything we needed. We laughed as we noticed the framed posters on the wall our first evening as we visted both of the shops that were featured in the posters earlier that day. Apparently we chose well. LOL. My husband and I highly recommend this property. The inside is clean and it’s decorated beautifully. The condo is within walking distance to stellar restaurants, shops, and the boardwalk. This was our third stay at this condo and we can’t wait to return!

Perfect Rehoboth Condo

The condo was perfect for our weekend in Rehoboth. It’s so close to the beach and downtown. We had everything we needed in the condo and the recent renovations made it very cozy. The bed was especially comfortable and spacious. We would definitely return when we visit Rehoboth again.

Why not?! This is our home away from home - not just a cheap little beach dive. It's cool, comfortable, and hopefully fun too! Location, location, location! One block from the beach and two blocks to downtown Rehoboth and everthing it has to offer - food, drink, entertainment, shopping and more!
