Cottonwood Canyon · Historic Farm Estate with Pool

Come stay at the perfect vacation retreat for families and friends at our picturesque estate located in the heart of Walla Walla wine country. Cottonwood Canyon Farm has been in our family since the 1880’s and features two separate homes, The Farmhouse and The Cookhouse. The pair are offered together as the ideal vacation retreat for up to 16 guests. A stay at Cottonwood Canyon provides a harmonious blend of outdoors and indoor living.

POOL SEASON: Memorial Day through September (Pool is closed October through April). Overnight low temperatures determine the swim temperature of the pool. The month of May is a cooler month overall in Walla Walla. Our heat pump will heat 20 degrees above the ambient overnight temperatures. (Polar plunge, anyone?) Our best swim months are June through September.

Our local Property Manager is on-call for your entire stay.

Rural setting, but just a 12 minute drive to town.

The two homes on the property are always rented together to one group to assure our guests privacy.

Amazing property!

The space was a perfect getaway for a family and friend gathering. Plenty of space for the kids to roam and play, and conveniently located out of town near vineyards. We look forward to another opportunity to stay at this place.

Everything we hoped for!

First, Terri was super responsive and easy to work with! The home itself is an absolutely beautiful farm house! This was a wine tasting trip for our adult kids (along with one 6 month old) that we gifted them with at Christmas. We always have a hard time finding a place large enough to accommodate our blended family, but between the main house (5 large bedrooms with most having their own bathroom) and the cookhouse (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms), we were able to spread out and be plenty comfortable! Though it is a bit remote, it is just a 10-15 min drive to downtown Walla Walla. We actually loved the location plus the privacy of the property. We spent all our evenings sitting out at the large outdoor table and around the fire pit. Besides the abundance of deer, a few members of our group actually spotted a black bear. Also, the kitchen is fully stocked and we are a family of cooks! We are definitely planning on coming back and enjoying this beautiful home, and lovely Walla Wall! Thank you!!
